"We had Jones Air & Water come out to install filtration and replace a catalytic core system that we had installed to prevent descaling. In our situation, we had a high volume of Chlorine in the water that you could definitely smell and taste. The catalytic core system, didn't live up to the expectations and we still had to deal with a heavy scale build up noticeable on all of our faucets and with two Rinnai units for on demand hot water that raised concerns about what type of build up we were having on what we couldn't see. Everett came out and was very thorough in testing the water and then explaining a recommended solution. We finally decided on a dual media tank solution that Everett and JD installed that provides us with an efficient way to not only handle the Chlorine issue, but truly conditions the water and we're noticing all of the differences that Everett explained we should see. We are very satisfied with the whole process from the review of what our situation is, the recommended solution, the installation and the end result. "Perma Jack of St Louis did a wonderful job waterproofing my basement. For years I struggled with the cleanup year after year, it only got worse. I had gotten 3 estimates from other companies but The Perma Jack system made the most sense and was the most affordable. I’m a single mother helping to put my son through school so my budget was limited. The Perma Jack system allowed me to waterproof my entire basement when the other companies wanted more money to only include half of the basement. We didn’t need to remove the drywall like the other estimates called for which added to the savings. The workers were very cordial and answered my questions along the way.
