"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. "Everett is a very experienced and knowledgeable water guy. My water reeked of chlorine and was very hard (within three weeks of living here, my dog's water bowl had a crust of mineral hardness in bottom of bowl, so I knew the water was very hard). He tested my water and showed me the levels of chlorine (more than a public pool requires) and the hardness grains were approx. 14. I purchased a water softener and conditioner combo unit, and also a reverse osmosis system so as to have safe water for drinking, cooking and bathing, and to save my appliances from the hard water. I was very happy with his workmanship and the products installed. Taking a shower was a delight, no more nasty chlorine smell! Everett even did a few extra items for me, totally unrelated to the install, and I greatly appreciated his kindness and help! I would highly recommend this company for all your water needs! "I took advantage of Angie's List free home inspection for mold and water. Paul was to arrive at noon and called and asked if he could arrive at 11:30 which was fine.
