I was extremely pleased with the equipment and pricing.  What was important to me was no pressure during sales presentation compared to other companies. when I needed a filter change, they went out of their way to schedule the service at the most convenient  time for me. I'm still very impressed with the company and equipment in my home.

Called and set up an appointment to inquire about a water softner and RO system (Reverse Osmosis). Jeanne came out showed up on time tested our water and explained in detail the hardness and what was in and what wasnt in our local supply. She made recomondations what was needed as far as equipment and had more than one choice as far as price. She then inspected where the actual equipment could be installed and gave us an estimate for installation. We set up an appoiuntment to have the installer come out within a week. The installers (2) showed up on time on the appointed day and got to work. Both knew what they were doing it went real quick and they answered all my questions. We were pleasently surprised.

We needed a water softener so we did research on the residential equipment currently being used and how they were rated. Kinetico seemed to be rated highly, did not use electricity but water pressure, and was a two tank system eliminating times when you would run out of soft water because of regeneration, etc. It also used less salt than conventional softeners. You can bypass or reduce the amount of softening using a valve. We called H2Only and Jeanne came out and explained everything to us, she was very professional and knowledgeable and had great references. Since we were already sold on the equipment (Kinetico) we are initailly renting with rent payments applying towards a purchase which I plan to make next year barring any problems. So far, it has worked great, no issues. Jeanne was on time and the installation took only about three hours. They also service and maintain the equipment.
