Welcome to Scapular Engineering Firm! My name is Jacob Bullinger and I am a registered P.E. in the state of Missouri, with the certificate of authority from the state to stamp drawings. While great service is always top priority, I am also able to give the best value to my customers since I work for myself and don’t have overhead charges like other firms. I have experience in all types of home structural needs, from gaining permits for additions to retaining wall questions to advising the correct way to take down a load bearing wall. Jacob was so prompt in delivering his report. I wanted to have the exact wording I would need to hire a professional to take care of the problems with my foundation. Last thing I need is to be "sold" any unnecessary work. He called me on a Saturday, showed up for his appointment with me on Tuesday and I had his report on Wednesday! Awesome!

Jacob was knowledgeable and friendly- I found him easy to talk to. We needed to remove a load-bearing wall in our kitchen. He climbed into the attic to verify that it was load bearing, etc. He returned calls quickly and courteously. He also suggested a draftsman for the drawings, and a contractor for the work, both of whom weâ ve hired and have worked out very well. Jacob is the real deal!
