I've used Trinity several times in the past for simple low cost repairs with no problems, but when I had him out to look at my AC, again, because it wasn't working things went haywire from there. He told me that I needed to replace my unit and he needed a $2,000 deposit. It took him several days to come back after that and replace my unit and then it took him 2 full days to finish making the job take almost a full week by the time it was over. I was out of town when he finished and he began to call me in the evening and first thing in the morning and all times in between demanding that I pay him the rest of the money owed right away. I thought it was crazy for him to act like that when I had just trusted him with my large deposit for days. Then, come to find out, he had damaged my furnace, not turned fuses back on, and wanted his money before I got home and found out for fear I might not pay him because of it. I paid him to go away and then called another company out to fix the furnace

The AC/Heating not was not working, Mr. Ryan was able to diagnose and solve the problem quite efficiently but he was concerned because it was not a common problem and could not explain why it happened. A few days later the system will not shut down. Either on heating or cooling mode it will ignore the set temperature and continue operating. Mr. Ryan came back and changed the control box. Problem solved.

He came quickly and explained the problem and repaired it the next day after part was available.

Tim Ryan knows how to do everything. He returns calls quickly, shows up exactly when he says he will and, not only repairs or adjusts specific issues, when he sees something else that needs adjusting discusses the issue and is willing to correct problem. His business is heating & cooling, but Tim knows how to do everything. I am so grateful I found Tim Ryan. He is dependable, thorough, very reasonably priced and a very pleasant young man. I am grateful I found Tim Ryan, Trinity Heating & Cooling ...... I trust his skills and integrity and would leave my house while he was working here.

When I told him that I used them quite a lot he installed a new thermal couple at no charge for me. He did a really great job and he had it done in no time. He explained everything that he did. I couldn't ask for better service!

Excellent. We were very pleased. We got an appointment relatively quickly. He was prompt. He did his job quite well.

He no showed, and when he did show, it took him less than 1/2 hour on 3 AC and 3 furnaces! He then serviced my mom’s unit, and never returned after my mom noted clanging from the unit the day after he “serviced” it.

Ryan was easy to work with. He was very professional and informative.

Tim came out over the winter and took a part from the fireplace with him and said he would give us a call when the new part came in. He never called us back, we finally got back in touch with him in MAY and he said the part was on backorder bc it was now SUMMER. He agreed to come out on May 25th, but then cancelled the day of saying he still didn't have the part. We tracked him down again in JULY. The day he was supposed to come he said he was going to be 2hrs late bc he had to stop to pick up the part. An hour after he was supposed to come to the house he text us and said he would not be performing the service for us and to call someone else. Completely unreliable, took at part from our fireplace rending it completely useless and won't return any text or calls.

Well - good advice and assessment - I just thought I had bought a complete change out of old ashes - but only got a top up over existing debris. Could have been I misread the offer. Otherwise good.
