"This was a complex retrofit tankless water heater installation and out of 30+ companies called and solicited for this project, Brett and Dunn's HVAC was the only company to 1) entertain performing the installation correctly (gas line sizing and calculations), 2) had prior experiencing working with tankless heaters, and 3) took the time to work with me on a long list of specifications. "I took advantage of Angie's List free home inspection for mold and water. Paul was to arrive at noon and called and asked if he could arrive at 11:30 which was fine. My husband and I were both home for the inspection and boy did we learn a lot. We felt that Paul was very knowledgeable. He reassured us that we don't have a big mold problem. "We had Jones Air & Water come out to install filtration and replace a catalytic core system that we had installed to prevent descaling. In our situation, we had a high volume of Chlorine in the water that you could definitely smell and taste. The catalytic core system, didn't live up to the expectations and we still had to deal with a heavy scale build up noticeable on all of our faucets and with two Rinnai units for on demand hot water that raised concerns about what type of build up we were having on what we couldn't see. Everett came out and was very thorough in testing the water and then explaining a recommended solution. We finally decided on a dual media tank solution that Everett and JD installed that provides us with an efficient way to not only handle the Chlorine issue, but truly conditions the water and we're noticing all of the differences that Everett explained we should see. We are very satisfied with the whole process from the review of what our situation is, the recommended solution, the installation and the end result. We highly recommend using Everett for a water treatment solution."
