The leak is dripping through the floor and behind the shower wall. I didn't want to tear open the wall at this time so I asked if the plumber could add shut-off valves to the supply lines in case he didn't find an easy fix and I would determine how to proceed later. He had a great deal of difficulty adding the valves due to their location - but he wasn't the most skilled plumber I have ever encountered. He let the solder drip all over my floor (yes it;s concrete - but still I don't want solder on my floor) and did not clean it up. The valves both have blue handles - that's OK but I thought the hot water one should have a red handle. He went into the shower and took off the plate around the control valve to see if he could see anything and then walked all over my house with wet shoes tracking dirt everywhere. Then he told me all the things it could be leaking - but never offered any fixes or suggestions. The leak has stopped on it's own for now - but I will be calling another company to have them do some detective work and offer suggestions.

They came in and did a really good job and I made an appointment with him to do some more work. 4 months later they called us and asked if we were ready. We just told him no. He put in a hot water heater in and did a fine job. He does really good work. He put a 50 gallon tank in and he helped us to utilize it more so than the usual tank. He changed out some tubing on the inside when he put it in place. Getting him to come back, we got him to come back to unstop a sink. We discussed having him back to change out some old faucets and stuff. He said he was so busy he would have to get back with me on that.

Chris was the service tech who came on the call.   He explained that the faucet needed to be replaced.  He said the water needed to be turned off and he would need access to the basement.   He replaced the copper pipe on the faucet inside and provided an turnoff valve, which was not on the existing line.  He cleaned up the inside and secured the faucet to the outside area.  

Chris was friendly, efficient and did a great job!

I awoke to the sound of running water and found water shooting from the bottom of the toilet tank,  After shutting off the water and mopping up, I checked the List and chose Ed Bellm Plumbing Service.  The woman at the office was very nice.  She assured me they would have a plumber here sometime that day.The wait was about three hours. The office called ahead to say he was on the way.  The plumber (Terry) was very professional, courteous, and efficient.  He immediately went to work and had the problem fixed  pretty quickly.He checked everything thoroughly before leaving.
I would call this company again.

Not good they charged way too much for the work done. Removed pieces of tiny plastic sunglasses from jammed garbage disposal =$75.00 Repairman charged 1/2 hour at $57.50 -WOW! My mom said he constantly talked and was there no more than 20 minutes. Total on invoice = $132.50 I cringe at thought of how much they charge for full hours work. Definitely proceed with caution - insist they disclose all cost up front.

The mechanic and staff were very courteous and professional. I would definitely use them for any future plumbing problems, God forbid.

Ed Bellm Plumbing Service was very personable and efficient. One thing about Bellm was in both cases when they came out, they told me about a coupon they had available in the Yellow Pages and it saved me 10% in one case and $30 in the other. They got everything done in the time they said they were going to.

Their service was exceptional! I went to my storage room and found the drain backed up with water flooring the room. I called Bellm. They came promptly. The problem was diagnosed and fixed during the visit.

The work was completed within an a hour and a half.   Overall the job went great.   I have used this company for many plumbing issues in my home and I have always been satisfied with their service and workmanship.

Water was not going down the garbage disposal and was backing up into dishwasher. I found Ed Bellm Plumbing on Angie's List, called and got an immediate response. Clayton arrived within 20 minutes of my call, quickly assessed the situation and cabled the drain pipe in kitchen. There was a great deal of sludge in the pipe, which I suspect was packed full from dumping and cleanup from a remodeling job, and the basement stack and drain had to be cabled as well. Clayton was quick, professional, effective, and cordial. He fixed my problems, gave good advice, cleaned everything up nicely and was done withing an hour. I am very happy with the service and will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Their prices are reasonable. I am a repeat customer, using their services for over 20 years. Their plumbers know their stuff and do the work. I find them to be highly competent people. I really like Ed Bellm Plumbing Services!

It turned out that work we had done 8 years ago by a different company. Terry showed my husband the part that was leaking and fixed it. The prvious compnay had tried to glue plastic to the metal pipes and thats what caused the leak.

My wife dealt with them. She said the interaction was very good. They were very prompt and polite. They were very good about pointing out other things we could do, without trying to push it on us. She liked them. They were able to come out right away.

The work done by them was very nice. They were willing to work with our schedule. They were very apologetic. They even had to come back the second time because they had to go and get the device to fix the clog from the sink to the main sewer line. It hadn’t been done in many years. They were very nice. The price charged by them was reasonable. We have used them before and we will use them again. We have been very impressed with them. They are very fair and their estimates are really good. I really like them.

He is good. He charged $125 for sewer cleaning, and then we had him do a video of the sewer to prove that it wasn’t caved in and that was about another $300. They contract out to other people the job of cleaning out sewers and making the videos. The guy they had picked was pretty good. He was punctual and courteous. The sewer does work, and the video he made looks like it is convincing. I had real good luck with them.

He replaced everything. He was so clean and neat, I was amazed. He also worked quickly, and within 1 hour he had replaced everything. I have used them for 25-30 years. I am very satisfied with their work, and am a repeat customer. They always call before they come, and sometimes they arrive sooner than they say.

They are efficient and their people are polite. They came and gave us an estimate before they did the work. We have used them for years and we find them very reliable.

Ed Bellm Plumbing got the job done and I am pleased with the work. They are very prompt at coming when there is a problem. They also have a good quality of work and that is why I use them, but they do charge a trip charge.
