They gave us an 18 months interest free option.  They were neat and cleaned up after themselves.  We really haven’t got an opportunity to go up to the attic and see the work.  

We have used them for all of our remodeling.  They are a satisfactory vendor.  They just carry the most common colors and finishes in counter tops. They also have all the relevant sizes. I don’t know if they do granite or not.  They are not the best because of their breadth of inventory.  Their quality was standard. I got a standard countertop. We have rarely used them for any install work and in general their quality is standard, no better than what you would find at some other shops. Their professionalism was satisfactory. 

They were excellent in every way. I loved the price. I found everything to be very professional.

It was a very reasonable price.  You can find their employees almost every few steps, they are more accessible.  You don't have to hunt for them, they are there every time you turn around.  Any advice you need they are very helpful.  If they can't help you they will put you with someone who can.  I have been very pleased and I'm very happy to go there and shop.  I have also gotten a few things online including my AC and microwave.  The storm door I went to the store to pick out.

I spent $3, 000 at that time. I had purchased my washer and dryer from them earlier. I had used a lady, who was my salesperson at that time. I went back to her this time as well. I really liked her. She was really helpful. If I had any questions, and if she did not have the answer, she would research it. She gave me the best deal possible. She told me that I would get a discount if I bought three appliances. She made sure that it was not overlooked. The price was good. They were having a sale. I did have a problem with the dishwasher because they were delivered by the company. However, they had to have a plumber hook up the dishwasher. I did not know about this. I went back to them and told them that they needed to tell the customers that there was a delivery service that would deliver the appliances and that they had to call the plumbing company for hooking it up. The guy who came out from the plumbing company was so obnoxious. He walked out on me without hooking it up. They told me that they had received other complaints about the same issue. They told me that they were looking into not having that service. They did listen to me and thanked me for voicing my opinion. They told me that they did not want their business to have a bad reputation. I would use them again in the future.

  I had them come out to measure my house for blinds.  They never followed up. I could have given them a call to follow up. When we were in store we noticed that they had a guy that would come and measure for blinds for all the windows in your house.  It is like $25 or something. So it is really affordable. So the guy came out and he did not take very long for him to take the measurements.  But it was right about Thanksgiving and he wanted us to know that there would be a wait before anybody got in touch with us.  That was like six months ago. I would have benefitted from a little bit of an education on what kind of temporary solution there are for windows.  We have this great big house and none of the windows had any window coverings.  So I ended up putting the extra carton blankets on to the windows.  We may end up going with them in the future because they have all our dimensions.

We removed our old cabinets and countertops and did the lighting ourselves, but Deborah Frederick of Home Depot, Mid Rivers Mall Dr., St. Charles, MO - did the design and ordered all of the cabinets for us and coordinated the installation with LinBar Services, LLC. All of the cabinets came in and fit perfectly - Deborah did a great job with the layout and order of the cabinets and countertops. If we had questions and Deborah wasn't available, Mike Porter was always able to help us and had a great attitude. I would highly recommend the Mid Rivers Home Depot for any kitchen or bath remodel work you might have. They were patient and very helpful. The contractors that they used were also excellent - LinBar Services, MetroMarble and R.A. Guinner Plumbing. Everyone involved was up front, honest and we knew exactly what to expect. The timelines were all laid out and we weren't left hanging with unfinished work or wondering when the next phase would be complete. All involved told us when they would be there and always showed up on time and very professional. Because Deborah did such a great job at ordering everything correctly, the rest of the job ran smooth for the installers. We were really happy with the service and our beautiful new kitchen.

I'm very happy with my fence & its installation overall. There were only 2 minor issues: First, the rep didn't call when she said she would regarding the exact date the project would start. But when I called, my message was returned promptly. Second, the fence installers didn't come one day, saying it was raining. But it wasn't raining. It didn't rain the entire day. They basically just took a day off. Other than that, they were very nice and professional, the fence looks great. I haven't had any problems with it at all. I got estimates from two other companies, and Home Depot had the lower estimate by about 1000, which is why I chose them. Plus, most of the price I was able to finance for 1 year with no interest.

My experience with them was acceptable. They were able to help me find what I needed so I was able to get in and out very quickly.

Filled out card at store saying I was interested. Representative of The Home Depot At-Home Services, Inc. called me a day or two after that and arranged an estimate time. They arrived promptly and were very friendly and seemingly professional, but they overestimated the size of the house using a tape instead of looking at county records, which the next vendor did. They estimated 1428 square feet instead of the 1248 that the county showed for the attic size. Their estimate did include replacing all of the cardboard barriers that prevent insulation from blocking air flow from the soffit vents, however this is something standard they do that I did not even ask for. Their estimate was ridiculously high, at almost 3 times the price ($1414 versus $490) of a vendor I found on Angie's List.

The one thing I liked is that after the person came to do the estimate, the installer came and checked to make sure the estimate they gave me was the correct price for the services they were going to perform. When the fence was being ordered, the area where I live was getting flooded, so they kept calling me to update me when the fence was going to be installed. I also liked that the people who put the fence in were very courteous and professional, which is hard to find in a lot of big companies.

It was excellent.

They came out to measure each of the pieces needed and then cut them offsite. Each piece fit well. However, the piece cut for our island had a different edge than the other pieces. When we complained they promptly replaced the piece.

The company removed old carpeting and installed new pad and carpet. The installers were friendly, courteous and worked quickly with few breaks. The installation met all my expectations. The ordering desk at Home Depot failed in many regards, but the installers were great.

Everything from purchase to installation was to our satisfaction. The Home Depot team does a great job training their employees, and their commitment to SERVICE EXCELLENCE is a quality others in the business should imitate
