About us
Mold Solutions is a full service mold inspection, testing, remediation, and prevention company serving the greater St. Louis region. We can help you prevent mold problems from occurring and can solve any existing problems. We use environmentally friendly products that are virtually non-toxic, non-poisonous, formaldehyde free and have passed EPA requirements for safety. Unlike conventional unbound antimicrobials, our products do not off-gas, leach, diffuse, migrate, volatilize or otherwise leave the surface to which they have been applied. Ours are non-toxic, water-based, and odorless.

"This is a simple case of us not being able to make every customer happy, no matter how hard we try. The homeowner that posted the review lives in another state (although we did speak with him, we never saw him at the property). The occupant living in the property, who originally called us, was living in a tent in the back yard because she did not feel comfortable or safe being inside the home. As we discussed our procedures, the occupant refused to allow us to follow normal remediation protocol. The occupant did not believe in post remediation air quality sampling based on recommendations she received over the internet which goes against our IICRC standards training and certification. Since our goal is to satisfy our customers, we agreed to the scope of work as laid out by the occupant. Upon completion of the job we were thanked for completing the work. Later, we spoke with the homeowner and were told that the occupant had found a pair of shoe covers by the door and that a spot had been missed in the cleaning. We returned to the home and did another complete cleaning of the home. After the second cleaning, the occupant called our office to thank the team for going above and beyond. We feel confident that we cleaned the home to the high standards we have set for ourselves and demonstrated over the last 9 years. I'm sorry the homeowner feels that accidentally leaving an air intake covered is reason to give us a D grade and that he wouldn't recommend us. We dispute his claim that this was potentially a huge health and safety issue. We will review this entire job as a team to identify ways to improve our service and we will continue to do everything we can to exceed our customer's expectations."
