"David called to let me know he was on his way. After evaluating the situation, he discussed my options and showed me the pricing for each. After clearing the blockage, he showed me what he found. Since this is an old house with old pipes, he also had me check the basement room near the window well for any water - just in case. (Fortunately it was dry). Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. "Perma Jack of St Louis did a wonderful job waterproofing my basement. For years I struggled with the cleanup year after year, it only got worse. I had gotten 3 estimates from other companies but The Perma Jack system made the most sense and was the most affordable. I’m a single mother helping to put my son through school so my budget was limited. The Perma Jack system allowed me to waterproof my entire basement when the other companies wanted more money to only include half of the basement. We didn’t need to remove the drywall like the other estimates called for which added to the savings. The workers were very cordial and answered my questions along the way.
