All of our plumbers are experienced and professional. Because we are licensed, bonded, and insured (license # 058-176496), you can rest assured that you won’t be footing the bill if something does go wrong. Because every job is different, we charge by the job and not by the hour. Additionally, we offer no obligation estimates, discounts, and a satisfaction guarantee that will leave you feeling confident and comfortable with your plumbing system.

The technician could not leave the previous job with work unfinished, which can sometimes happen in the service industry. We do our best to scatter appointments appropriately, but some services can take longer than expected when the technician gets the work started (unforeseen difficulties, etc.). This pricing was expressed up-front when the appointment was booked. Unfortunately, if you do not wish to move forward with service recommendations the dispatch fee is still charged. This information was also given at the time the appointment was booked. It is important to our company that our technicians have time to spend with their families and that is why we have emergency dispatch fees after hours and on the weekends. We do not honor coupons during these emergency hours. If a coupon is mentioned when the appointment is set, this information is also given. We hope you can take this information into consideration and give us another chance for your future plumbing needs."
