"Wow, these guys know what they are doing! After a heavy rain we found out driveway drain was clogged. I called J&S and they came out the very next day. The crew was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They determined that our main sewer line was the problem and did a great job rodding it and getting rid of all the tree roots that caused the issue. It was so clogged that they had to rod it several time using various pieces of equipment in order to clear it. They televised the drain and made sure the drain was sound and totally clear. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone. I plan to have them come back annually to inspect and rod the drain."

"Within 5 minutes of requesting a quote, they texted me and then called me. My kitchen sink was stopped up in both drains. I had tried draino but it didn't work. Unfortunately the appointment i had for the next day was canceled but rescheduled for the following day and at the time I needed. Gabriel C was my technician that came over to unclog my drain. He was very polite, professional and clean. He was able to get the water out thru the drain pipe right under the sink. He then pulled the rest of my pipes off and found the clog. He was able to get the gunk out and used his equipment and there were no more clogs down the rest of the pipes. He wore his booties inside and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Gabriel C for any of your plumbing needs."

Was not told ahead of time that I would need to pay 408 dollars for essentially hooking up a wet vac to the end of a pipe and turning it on for thirty seconds Expected to pay $200 Actual payment was $493 Line codes from the invoice S-Service Call $85.00 S-Blow Out Condensate Drain $408.00 DESCRIPTION OF WORK / RECOMMENDATIONS from vendor Condensate pvc drain clogged with sludge & slime. Cleared condensate drain with nitrogen & vacuum. Unit draining properly after repair. 0ppm co reading. No gas leaks found. Customer recently had a cc completed. All ok at departure. Recommendation is that if you need this service performed is to get a quote in writing from the vendor ahead of time or just get a shop vac and do it yourself. Will not recommend although would like to hear vendor response as to how this poor customer experience could work better. (UPDATE): The Vendor has reached out to try and mitigate the cost and is much appreciated."

"Once they located the main drain line, they did a really job of clearing it out. However, they left the debris from the drain line in the front yard and left deep tracks in the front lawn from their equipment."

"I had a kitchen sink that was draining very slowly and would back up. Additionally, I had a laundry tub that was draining very slowly. Jason & Chris promptly came to rod pipes. They both were professional and answered my numerous questions. The rodding of kitchen drain took longer than I expected because the kitchen drain did not clear immediately. They were were patient and worked through the presenting issues with both the kitchen sink and laundry tub. They also spent time after rodding pipes to look at a potential future project. "When your basement floods it is a very stressful time and I am so grateful that the first phone call I made was to US Waterproofing. Jose came out right away and quickly diagnosed what happened (Sump Pump failure) and then took me through all the options -- Good, Better, Best to fix it. I ended up going with the Better option. They scheduled the work quickly and I was very happy with the professionalism of the 3 installation people that came out led by Mauricio who installed a new sump pump and a battery backup sump pump so that I have insurance in case the main sump pump fails or there is a power issue. Could not be more satisfied with US Waterproofing. I highly recommend them!"

"Austin and his crew were great. The Real Seal staff is professional, courteous and on time. They gave accurate estimates, time frames and provided real solutions. Replacing the sump pit created a mess as they basically had to dig a new pit. The crew did a great job cleaning up. By the time the crew was gone you would have never known they were there. We have used The Real Seal in the past when we needed an additional sump pit and an interior drain tile in the opposite side of the house. We had had minor water seepage issues for many years and was unable to determine the cause. Austin took the time to work the issues, determined the cause and came up with a great solution. We have had no issues and many heavy rains in the past couple of years since the work was completed. Without the work done by The Real Seal we would have definitely had water issues. We have used The Real Seal in the past, and if we have issues that they work on, we would definitely use them in the future."
