He had no idea how to fix the faucet and just toured it up and made it worse. Now it is going to cost me 3 times more to get it fixed by somebody who does know what they are doing. Do not use this guy.

The water heater started to leak much worse on Sunday. He called on Sunday and was able to come early Monday morning. He took me to Menards to pick out the water heater and brought it home in his truck. He installed it quickly and removed theold one.

Very responsive to the initial request. Thorough and efficient in installation. Took the time to assess what was really needed vs simply charging me for unnecessary things. Excellent and being careful to not damage anything in the home and did a thorough cleanup afterwards. Perfect!

Joe has much integrity and despite the challenges in this particular project, he refused to accept additional payment, including for his extra trips to Home Depot and having to come here 3 times. I do believe he would have returned a 4th time if need be and not accepted further payment.

Scheduled appointment several days in advance as it wasn't urgent. He called a day before appointment and asked to do it a day later. No problem. Unfortunately he didn't show or cancel the scheduled appointment. Called 2 days later to say he was ill and couldn't call. Not really acceptable. Gave him another chance. Work seems to be acceptable and priced reasonable.
