Just finished my second project with Greg from All-American Fabrications. He built and installed front porch railings 10 years ago and is back to match a new railing to our back porch. It was just as pleasurable to work with him today as it was 10 years ago. He responded quickly to my request, provided a competitive quote and was honest with me on the timeline to have it built and flexible when it came time to install. There's not much more you can ask for when working with someone. We received his name from our neighbor 10 years ago and have had two great experiences with him since.

All-American Fabrications designed, fabricated and installed powder coated railings on our front porch and back stoop. His prices are very competitive. They did an excellent job and the results are amazing. It was a pleasure working with the Owner Greg Dawkins !

Buyer beware. I entered a contract (attached) with Greg from All American Fabrication out of McHenry, IL on 5/22/24 to build a $10,079.60 powder coated staircase from my home to my backyard patio. Since the contract date, Greg from All American Fabrication was attempting to force changes on me that were against my village reviewed and approved design and outside of the agreed upon contract. After I challenged Greg on these changes he was aggressive with me and attempted to blame me as the reason for these changes and changes prior to the agreed upon contract. Things like Greg not measuring the total rise height needed was blamed on me later on, and Greg creating a template of the staircase that was the wrong size was blamed on me. On 7/5/24 I visited All American Fabrication shop to work through these small differences of what I wanted, what I was paying for, what the village approved for my home, and what Greg was attempting to force with aggression upon me. Greg was so nice and easy to work with. He made new railings for a new stoop to match other railings that are 90 years old with beautiful twisted rails and even scrolled hearts. Couldnâ t be happier..

All American Fabrication came out took measurements and provided us with a written estimate for the job. Explained how they would replace existing railings and checked to see if we were ok with what it would look like. Returned around the time they anticipated finishing fabricating. Probably one of the most pleasurable experiences with a company Iâ ve ever experienced. From bid to job completion Greg lived up to everything he said he would. When he says heâ ll call or be there he is. Completely satisfied with quality of work and all of his ideas. I would use them again and not be afraid to recommend company to anyone.
