"We had a floor leveling issue in which a room was part tile over cement and part carpet over hardwood, with the tiled part being higher than the carpeted part. We wanted to remove the tile, level the entire floor, and have hard wood flooring throughout the room. This was a challenge for the other contractors and flooring people who came out to give estimates. However, Mike of Mike’s flooring came out and immediately knew how to implement a plan of action. Mike’s team responded quickly and finished the job in a timely manner. They were pleasant and respectful, took care to limit the dust, and cleaned up after themselves. Mike also gave us great remodeling advice and provided us with great referrals for other trade experts. Most importantly, Mike charged a fair price, and he and his team did a WONDERFUL job. The new hard wood flooring looks GORGEOUS! Mike is a true expert in flooring, and I highly recommend him and his team."

"After reading the wealth of outstanding reviews on both Angie's List and Yelp, I called Mr. Carpet. Mary called back within 20 minutes and scheduled a visit from Mike to show my husband and I samples. Because we are selling our house within the next few years, we picked a good carpet, but not the best available. When it turned out that the carpet we originally selected was going to be delayed (for just 3-4 days), rather than make us wait, Mike offered to upgrade our carpet for the original price. We received a carpet that was actually the one we liked better but that was nearly $2,000 more. Again, he gave us the upgraded carpet for the same, original price.  Additionally, he gave us discounts for using both Angie's List and Yelp. I had expected to pay much more, and was surprised by the reasonable price - especially for the very high quality of carpet we ended up with.
The installers, led by Carlos, were prompt, efficient and consummate professionals. We have extra heavy furniture, and they moved everything easily and didn't make so much as a single dent in the walls. The carpet looks fantastic and even searching, I cannot find a single seam. Additionally, they vacuumed everything, even the hardwood foyer. There was not a trace of dirt or debris left behind. 
I would definitely use Mr. Carpet again and recommend them with enthusiasm. Fantastic service, price and installation. I was floored when a few days later, a giant  bouquet of flowers arrived - thanking us for using their services. Wow! I should have sent THEM flowers.
