IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT YOU GOTTA KNOW-HOWE. Know-Howe Home Services is different from many types of businesses we don't build things in a factory. We provide service, many times on an emergency basis, for your home mechanical systems. These are the systems that provide you with clean drinking water, water to shower and wash your clothes. Electricity to light your home, operate your computer and charge your Iphone. We also want to make you comfortable at your home with the heat and air conditioning working correctly. We have dedicated ourselves to provide these services that allow people to take their mechanical systems for granted, while you concentrate on your busy life knowing we are always just a phone call away and usually moments away.

I called Tim late on a Friday and he came out on the next Monday. He offered suggestions to possibly get the Sump Pump to start up so to avoid needing to come out and replace it. Since none of these suggestions worked he came out and replaced the Sump Pump. at the time he had promised. He is extremely knowledgeable. I have used him many times in the past not only for work in my house but also my mother in law and mothers home too as well as friends. I would highly recommend him to others and will continue to use his services in the future.

Tim replaced 2 shower faucets and repaired 2 outdoor water spigots. His communication was excellent, from scheduling to explaining the work needed to be done. He was prompt and his prices were fair and reasonable. He won't try to up sell you on extra work that doesn't need to be done.

We have hired Know Howe in the past when we purchased our home 7 years ago. The home has needed updating here and there. Whatever Tim has done, it was done right the first time. Today he was hired for other repairs, inside and outside. Again, he is always on time, very knowledgeable in his field and professional. His charges are on target and fair. If you want it done right, you gotta' "Know Howe"!!!

Tim replaced an aging sump pump with a backup battery setup. He was one of 3 companies who gave me estimates. I went with him because he explained everything thoroughly and his estimate was reasonable. I found him knowledgeable about the task and detail oriented. Tim Howe and his assistant removed and replaced a sump pump from my crawl space. The new pump has been there for about a month now and is working fine. They did a great job and even removed three or four old sump pumps that others left behind. Tim was friendly, knowledgeable, and also took the time to answer all of my questions about the job. I am very satisfied with the result.

I have been working with Tim for several years now, with the most recent repair being a broken toilet flush. He is incredibly responsive, punctual, knowledgeable and fair.
