My new flooring is beautiful. The workmen were timely, professional and very efficient Best of all the work was completed in one day AND they left the room extremely neat and clean.

They were prompt, honest, and upfront about all options and everything involved. They were in an out in a day with everything done and cleaned up. Very professional.

Not impressed with the overall service. The carpet installers used our bathroom and did not cleanup. They left the toilet and sink dirty. Carpet remnants were left around as well.

They redo the work because carpet seams were seen after first installation

Booked them to do a job that the salesman assured me the team would complete in 1 day. Day of installation, and only 1 guy showed up, said he was the only one booked to do the job, and there was no way to finish in a day. Then, he tells me that what we ordered wouldn't work, so we would need to reorder and pay for different materials. Overall, I'm not happy with this company that's been around for 70 years

It?s not bad experience

The Empire Today salesperson sold me on the laminate floor installation. He told me that it would take no more than two days to complete and that Empire Today could start immediately. I had other offers, but they took longer. Therefore, I decided to go with them based on that fact. I signed the contract and paid the installation fees in full, as required by Empire Today. I followed the contract to the T. I completely fulfilled my customer obligation. Two days passed, and halfway through the installation, the installer called me to let me know that he couldn't locate the materials and he is giving it up. That left me, the customer, to contact Empire Today several times to track down the materials, only to be told that it was out of stock. Here is a list of things that went wrong: 1. I was lied to, false advertisement to consumers, and fraud by Empire Today about the length of installation time. Had I been told that the materials were unavailable, I would have picked another company. This is a malicious, deceptive, and intentional criminal act by Empire Today to lure customers into hiring them. Once they have my money, they could care less about the completion time. 2. I had to take on beyond the responsibilities of a reasonable customer duty to make calls after calls to Empires Today customer service to track down the materials for the stairs. Empires Today never took the initiative to contact me. These responsibilities were nowhere specified in the contract. If it did, no one would hire Empires Today. This is another example of fraud and deception to customers. 3. My place is a business place; I pay taxes, utilities, and wages. Again, I can't rent or show it to any renters. I am losing money by the day.
