"We had a piece of aluminum fascia trim blown off the front of our house in the recent high winds. The piece that fell to the ground needed to be replaced since it was bent up. There was also a section of fascia by the garage that needed to be re-positioned and secured, along with another small section of trim that needed to be re-secured under the siding above the garage. Austin got us a quote quickly after Paul took a look in person, and the we were scheduled within a few days to have the work done. We opted for the more expensive option of replacing the entire gable trim so it matched better instead of just the one piece. Paul did a great, efficient job in the cold and windy weather. "I needed to have the windows replaced on my house appoximately 22 windows and 2 patio doors.

  I looked into several organizations and searched angies list.  I saw several very good reviews on EXCEL windows so I choose them as one of the companies to bring in for estimates

I thought since EXCEL was based on the south side of the Chicago Land area, that they might have a hard time coming to our house for the estimate.  But once Steve arrived I was completely suprised.  Steve assured me that my location was no problem at all and from there EXCEL did quite an excellent Job.  

EXCEL worked around my schedule, they were always so professional and courteous, and offerred financing to fit my budget. Chris the owner assured me several times that EXCEL would take of everything, and they did.  When an issue arouse between the town and how the windows needed to be placed due to easement requirements by the village, Chris stepped in and gave me a couple of options that he would cover at no expense to me!!!   He worked with the manufacturer and the village to take care of the problem.  Then when it came time for the installation, EXCEL was there again on time and worked around my schedule. 

Their installation team was ontime each morning and worked with me.  They would always make sure things were cleaned up each day and that when they finished the job that I was happy with the result.  The job ended up being 6 days and went very smooth

I can't recommend any organization higher than EXCEL.  In fact, I have decided to purchase my front door from EXCEL as well.
