He suggested placing a tray under the tank that has a drain hose just in case the new tank eventually leaks then it won’t run all over my basement. "I hired ULB-Dry Waterproofing out of Villa Park to repair some cracks in my house’s foundation. Boy, am I glad I did! The three men, Margarito, Deivy and John, worked so hard and did a great job. They found more cracks, fixed those as well as installing a window well drain. My basement is as dry as a bone!! Great company to work with and great prices too!"

Fernando investigated and able to figure out exactly what was happening and what to do to fix it. Cleared condensate drain with nitrogen & vacuum. Unit draining properly after repair. 0ppm co reading. No gas leaks found. Customer recently had a cc completed. All ok at departure. Recommendation is that if you need this service performed is to get a quote in writing from the vendor ahead of time or just get a shop vac and do it yourself. Will not recommend although would like to hear vendor response as to how this poor customer experience could work better. (UPDATE): The Vendor has reached out to try and mitigate the cost and is much appreciated."
