Despite the fact that the ground was saturated, they were able to dig down, find the leak, repair it, and then did a great job putting back all the mud and grass so that it is level. "Stoyian was amazing! He came out and gave me the most reasonable estimate I had after 3 other waterproofing companies came out. His crew was on time and ready to go. He had two crews: one to fix the seepage in the crawl space and one to install the new sump-pump and back up pump. Stoyian (the owner) gave us an upgraded back up pump because it was on sale and didn't up-charge us. The crew that came out to install the sump-pump accidentally severed my cable line. Stoyian came out to fix that as well! The pump was working perfectly until 2 weeks ago. When I called Stoyian, he came out himself, that day, to inspect what was wrong. He decided to replace the entire pump after he diagnosed that a stone accidentally got into the drainage. On a SUNDAY, he came out, installed the new pump and raised it so that this problem wouldn't happen again. There was no charge. As soon as I called to schedule him , whether for an estimate, work done, or repair, I received a call back within an hour. He was nice, polite, and prompt. His crew cleaned up after they left and were not intrusive. I would highly recommend him, his knowledge of plumbing, and his workmanship!"

He suggested placing a tray under the tank that has a drain hose just in case the new tank eventually leaks then it won’t run all over my basement.
