"Very well. It took two visits to determine the extent of the work. I am hoping all this work does the trick and our drains work more properly. We were experiencing slow draining in the two kitchen sinks. The building is old, 131 years old, and has the original stack. The technician said that our catch basin and sewer line are in good shape. It took some time to clear the stack. There is some concern that the stack might need replacing in the future."

Atlas staff, including the salesman Jim and engineer reviewed the situation and recommended a waterproof membrane and pitching the sidewalk on one side of the building away from the building. When water tested this only provided a partial fix of the problem. We eventually decided on drain tile and adding a concrete sidewall around the entire perimeter. This appears to have been the addition step needed. Only time will tell. There is a 10 warranty against water seepage. Robert and his team were great to work with. They were timely and responsive to my questions and concerns. The project took a little longer than expected due to having to add the drain tile and additional walk way."
