"Our furnace broke during the coldest day of a winter storm. The first tech who came out to diagnose was awesome. He diagnosed quickly and figured out what we needed to do. The techs came later that day to install the heating system. I was told by the first tech that estimated time for the installation was 4-5 hours. The two techs showed up at 1:30 in the afternoon and took a LONG time to complete the project. They did not communicate well with us and we had to go ask them several times about the status of the project. 10 hours later at 11PM at night, they finally finished when we were about to send them away because we needed to go to bed for work the next day. The project took double the time I was told. They had to leave at one point to pick up something from the hardware store and were gone for over an hour. They also did not clean up the area well and there was dust everywhere that we had to clean up. Everything is working nicely, but it was definitely not acceptable how long the project took."

Hugo M. and his team did an outstanding job, working through some very cold days, installing everything as planned and at each moment stopping to show us the work and the progress. The work required going through the drain tile on the interior pier locations and the team reinstalled the drain tile system before pouring the final concrete. The work was really well done and everything was left clean and picked up, which is remarkable considering the scope of the work."

What they fixed did fix the problem with the center beam in the house, but did not fix the wall/floor separation of the laundry/furnace/utility room. I was kind of bummed that the 5500.00 we spent didn’t fix the problem. When the guys explained why it didn’t fix the problem and what needed to be done I felt better about the extra 1100.00 expense. Before photo included too. Justin developed a grading plan using CAD software that was more advanced than the inspectors were even knowledgeable about. We removed a whole wall and hill, tripled the size of our drains and the driveway now fits 6 cars instead of 3. The work was high quality and crew was respectful, dedicated and hardworking. The rock wall was way beyond my expectations and people actually stopped in the middle of the road to tell the crew and us how amazing it looks.
