"Had a flooding basement and Collins sent out Blake and Adam right away and they did a really great job getting the drains unclogged and running a camera through and taking the time to show me the condition of the whole drain pipe. "When your basement floods it is a very stressful time and I am so grateful that the first phone call I made was to US Waterproofing. Jose came out right away and quickly diagnosed what happened (Sump Pump failure) and then took me through all the options -- Good, Better, Best to fix it. I ended up going with the Better option. They scheduled the work quickly and I was very happy with the professionalism of the 3 installation people that came out led by Mauricio who installed a new sump pump and a battery backup sump pump so that I have insurance in case the main sump pump fails or there is a power issue. Could not be more satisfied with US Waterproofing. I highly recommend them!"
