Worst vendor ever experienced. Work: Irrigation. A flower bed was planned for the front of my deck (see associated photo). Discussed with vendor and added $200 to contract. At the walk-through specifically requested control boxes placed on the side deck. The planned flowerbed was marked in paint. The boxes were installed in the front of the deck. Was told, per the contract, the Foreman has final say on the placement and they will not move them. No response to discuss before my final payment. Instead, they used the routing / account numbers from deposit check and issued a direct withdrawal from my bank account. My bank called this ?bank fraud? and transaction was reversed. Using their access to my wifi irrigation controller account was locked out of the controls which were also altered to be on even during the rain. Transferred controller Threatened to rip out equip if not paid immediately. Above documented in Invoice, e-mail, bank case file & security system video.

The install was done right but the overall experience with Water Works was disappointing

My sprinkler system was installed a month ago and I wish I had done it lots sooner. I had several questions about installing a system but those were answered directly and succinctly. I had contacted another company, that had done several neighbors' several years back but wasn't impressed. When I contacted Water Works and got the information I needed/wanted, I decided to go with them. They showed up on the date and at the time that was scheduled. Leo (the supervisor?) explained how to work the system on the app and made sure I comprehended it all before leaving. The entire crew did a great job. Now, a month later, I had an adjustment made to some of my zone nozzles and that went smoothly. Every person with whom I have dealt has been more than helpful. I also appreciate the reminder emails and texts that come in regard with the sprinkler system and what it needs for routine maintenance. Thank you!

The follow up service is as they described. And they actually follow through with what they say there going to do. I really like this company.

Done timely and efficiently. When I put in a new driveway they had to reinstall one zone. Done when scheduled and very efficient , 3 or 4 person crew 1 to 2 hours.

Recently had Water Works Inc. install a lawn sprinkler system. The install was completed quickly and the system worked perfectly all summer. I was so impressed that this winter we installed their new ice melt system for our driveway as well! I haven’t shoveled once so far this winter! Both systems connect to our WiFi and so easy to use. Their pricing for both systems were very reasonable. Up to this point, their service has been excellent and I will definitely continue to use them for maintenance. Highly recommend!

They do know what they are doing as far as installation, digging, installing, clean ups, and everything related to the manual work them selves but it stops there. Lack of proper communication and being able to explain what you should or should not expect is basically dont exist. Also, If you consider them for your project, make sure you take a day off at work no matter what may seem more important to you, for them it does not matter. And lastly, make sure you ask things super nice way, otherwise they raise their voice at you, especially the ones who are in charge of on the field installation day.

Water Works provides excellent service! They are efficient and are great to work with. My family has been using them for years and we have never had an issue! Office staff is friendly and service techs are punctual and knowledgeable!

I had an issue with the underground sprinkler system not watering my front yard garden. A service provider came out almost immediately and determined that the sprinkler heads were embedded in the dirt and grass. They were identified and freed from the lawn and now the garden is receiving good water regularly. Thank you Water Works.

These guys came in and did exactly what they said they would. they were professional and worked in a very timely manner. We had one issue 9 months after the install and their team came out and fixed it no problem. I use them yearly to do my Sprinkled start up and Shut Down. Fantastic company
