Terrible contactor scam
They take peoples money give them a terrible job then won't respond to customers
A class action lawsuit is what this company needs for all the people affected by there bad bad business practices I wouldn't recommend this company

The work they did do was nice. However, they told my parents that they would tear out the bad wall and replace it along with a slip resistant floor. I contacted their rep and his response was "I was wondering why I saw that piece in the warehouse". His response on the wall was send me photos. I replied to him twice with photos. I have not heard anything back. They are still missing the piece of the floor for safety. (elderly parents). We never received terms and conditions after requesting twice. This has been well over 2 months. Very expensive for a incomplete job.

The experience was great. The workers were professional, worked hard, and communicated as they went. The shower head that was installed hangs really low, so anyone normal height and above would have problems showering. That is the only thing I'm not completely happy about, but has nothing to do with the quality of work done. I also feel that the pricing was too high for the type of work done

Very nice bathtub, deeper than most tubs, water stays warm because bathtub is insulated. Nice looking wall built to frame bathtub. I am very pleased with the salesman, Stryker, and the company definitely aims to please. They did a great job.
