"NES was great! Extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything all the way through. I had tons of questions but he ended up really taking his time to answer them I had around 7 quotes from different companies but ultimately decided to go with NES because I felt I could trust the work. Even if the prices are similar, go with your gut and pick NES. There was no frills and extra bs. I ended up adding a ton of services on the original quote because the value it provided. If you are looking at this review you have most likely spoken with other vendors. I’ve talked to countless people saying they can’t give any ballpark quotes until they it. Scope of work may change when they see it BUT.. the price of the work shouldn’t change. Every vendor has a pricing sheet of the base level work. Electrical panel replacement (mine was fried) Surge protector Dedicated circuit for water heater 14-50 Nema plug (EV charger outlet)"

Also tax credit. This is the best system I have owned. I gave it. Three weeks before I left my review to make sure it worked well. The installation team were top notch. They were on time neat knowledgeable and quick. Definitely the A team. Which is one of the most important things about getting a new heat pump is the installation. "BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"
