We are a state licensed and fully insured general contractor. We specialize in large scale/major remodeling of kitchens and baths, building additions, and finishing basements. We offer full design services for all projects as well. We are there for you from concept through completion. Our initial consultation is free. Thereafter, fees are discussed in advance depending upon the scope of the project.

Everyone at Plantation Renovation was so friendly. They worked with me on some of my “unique” requests - creating a mudroom out of a closet, building custom made doors, etc. We are very happy with the final product.

Wade, Carey, Jimmy and the whole team are highly professional and wonderful to work with. They are responsive to questions and issues as they come up and go out of their way to make the end result what you want it to be. Carey communicated daily with me on status and timelines of what was being done. They do what they say they will do and make everything very clear and straight forward. The extra costs we had were mostly due to our upgrades and getting things done to code. Highly recommend if you are looking to remodel or renovate your home. Catrina Conlon

The quality of the work was excellent and we're very happy with the finished product. As in any large construction project, there were a few unexpected challenges along the way. This was the third kitchen renovation we've done and the first time we'd used Plantation. This renovation was the smoothest one yet.

Our experience with Plantation Renovation was excellent! They were professional, friendly and true to their word. We moved plumbing in our bathroom and discovered a major plumbing issue that was original to the house. Wade Bowman, the owner, and Carey Turney, our project manager, worked with us and the plumbers to resolve the issue in a timely manner so we could move forward with our plans. They were there every step of the way, keeping us informed and getting things done. Even when it was complete, they checked in to make sure everything was still to our satisfaction. We could not be more happy with our experience and our new bathroom! I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again.

Mr. Bowman, foremen, and crew were fast and professional. Bowman added a sun room to my house ten years ago, and I trusted him and had such confidence in his work that I asked him to do the recent renovations. The cost for everything was reasonable.

This was a multi-part job, and required good planning and logistics to get everything done. The fact that everything got done, and in less time than was estimated was amazing. Overall we are very pleased with the work and the quality, and enjoyed working with Wade and Jimmy. There were a couple of issues that came up during the renovation, but anything that was not acceptable was fixed with NO PROBLEM, and no additional charge. This made the experience very positive. Wade is very thorough, and even before he did the estimate, he had his HVAC people come out and do some work so he would know how to price that part of the job. They made some improvement to the HVAC system even before a contract was signed or deposit sent. This was above and beyond what I anticipated.

We hired Plantation Renovation to renovate our master bathroom. Wade, the owner, was fantastic to work with. He listened to what we wanted and turned our vision into reality. Our project manager, Carey, was fantastic as well. His knowledge and attention to detail are what really brought our project together. We plan to use Plantation Renovation again when we remodel our kitchen.

the project went extremely well. the project involved converting a 12/14 screened in porch to an all year extra room off the Kitchen...using the same footprint. we now have a heated/air conditioned room that we spend 80% of time in. the room has 7 windows which makes it bright and very pleasant. Plantation Renovation had 2 project managers overseeing the project and were present every day. project was completed on time and close to budget...(there were some upgrades that changed amount originally agreed to). overall I would give Plantation Renovation high marks and would use them again. the only criticism would be at times there was not enough communication but was not a major problem affecting the project.

We had a great experience with Wade and Plantation Renovation on our covered patio addition. Our Project Manager Carey was wonderful and so great to work with. He paid attention to every little so I didn’t have to. I was confident he would make sure the work was done right. It was a perfect experience from beginning to end.

Working with Plantation Renovation was even better than we hoped. We initial did a due diligence on several general contractors and PR was the most organized, business experienced, and customer oriented. PR actually listened!! The only contractor out of 4 estimates. They provided a detailed project plan, cost estimates, and detailed drawings. Wade came up with a creative, cost effective solution to our kitchen layout. They have 2 very experienced project managers that managed our renovation from beginning to end. Everyday a project manager was on site to oversee the specialized contractors (demo, electrician, HVAC, plumbing, cabinets, counters, etc), manage the overall project, and keep us in the loop. They followed the plan. We had no major issues at all nor surprises! Now, little issues do come up which is normal in renovations but the really test was how PR handled those...which was EXCEPTIONAL. 3/4 of the way thru the project we felt so confident that we went on vacation! I have never let a contractor in our house previously without us there, but we trusted our project manager so much we did it! He sent us updates and pictures daily! PR works like a well oiled machine. When one project manager was out the other filled in easily. Everyone at PR was well informed on our project at all times. We felt that the team made our project actually enjoyable (other than the dust that can't be avoided in a renovation). They are quality people who put customer first, are enjoyable to work with, and very knowledgeable. There is likely nothing that they have not seen nor dealt with! Thank you Carey, Jimmy and Wade!

Wade was very down to earth and very helpful in explaining why some of our ideas for the renovation were not practical. Although another company stated they could comply some of our design ideas, Wade honestly explained why he would not suggest we proceed with that idea and what potential issues could occur down the road which would result in our disatisfaction with the finished product. We feel he is honest, offered a lower quote and provided quality workmanship. He provided design drawings, schedule and payment terms prior to commencement and honored everything he promised. His subcontractors were very pleasant and kept their working areas clean throughout the course of construction. We will definitely call Wade for any future renovation work and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, practical and reliable contractor for their home. Plantation Renovation did an excellent job. We had an unfinished basement with an awful layout. Plantation Renovation, helped us to maximize the space and provided us with our dream space. We are very happy with our new basement and we are enjoying it. Everything that was planned was executed. No surprises! Wade and his team provided enough flexibility on the plan, for us to make some changes and they keep it on time and most importantly on budget. Jimmy (Project Manager) was awesome and he was always there to answer any questions. He was very proactive and drive the entire project to conclusion. We highly recommend Wade's team. They are great people to work with!

Wade showed up on time from the very beginning, his estimate was very close to actual cost and the final product was completed on time with very good quality work. His counter top providers had limited availability, so we might have gone somewhere else for more options but overall we are happy with the outcome.

It is finished and we are happy with the new kitchen. It involved removing a pony wall and support post and replacing with a beam in the ceiling. All new cabinets, counters, backsplash, appliances, and hood. The job took about two months. He and his project manager are very knowledgeable. And the crews were mostly very good.
