I understand why BCM London has all 5 star reviews. Salar was absolutely wonderful to work with and throughout the project he was very easy to reach, answering all of my calls, emails and texts. His guys were the pinnacle of professionalism. Every single one was nice and polite. They finished my basement which included a large bedroom, large bathroom, very large game room and media room. They removed a load bearing wall and put in a beam, rerouted plumbing in the concrete floor and ceiling. No task was too difficult. The final result is beyond my expatiations. Total perfection. I wanted to do the electrical. I'm qualified, licensed and insured in my own trade. While other contractors in the quoting processed balked, Salar was perfectly OK with this and even adjusted their schedule to give me time to do my part. I had several companies give estimates. My gut and all of the other reviews prompted me to chose BCM London and I am so very glad that I did. I could go on and on. We hired BCM London to renovate our primary bath, a guest Bath, and our laundry room, and to rebuild our living room fireplace and do some minor upgrades to an outdoor porch. My husband and I could not be more impressed with BCM London and are very pleased with their work. I have worked with many contractors (for projects on my own home and for clients in my prior work), and BCM is head and shoulders above any Iâ  ve worked with before. Salar was great at listening to and understanding every detail of our project and our needs, and he always let us know when to expect workers and what they would be doing. And not only do his workers show up when he says they will, but they also deliver high quality work. They are careful, precise, neat, professional, and friendly. We had BCM London renovate our master bathroom and had an incredible experience from start to finish! We had 4 companies come to do an estimate and decided on BCM London- their professionalism, responsiveness and detailed outline for the plan + payment after each section was completed made us feel confident with our choice. BCM London was very easy to work with and did a great job overall. We had a few issues during the remodel but they were all addressed promptly and the bathroom came out beautifully. We added some work along the way and had some changes to the scope of work and they accommodated the changes and additions with no issue and fairly priced. Iâ d definitely recommend them. They give a year warranty and Iâ m confident that theyâ ll take care of anything that may come up.

BCM London has been the best on all accounts for our bathroom renovation. Our project entailed complete demolition, redesign the shower and bath and cabinetry, all new fixtures and tiles. Our contractor, Salar Sayari, made the whole process smooth and headache-free. From day one, he guided us through our wants and needs, and the team completed the project as functional, efficient and absolutely fabulous as we wanted. All the crew have been professional, clean and prompt. He delivered the project in a timely fashion with in our budget defined in our initial contract. My wife and I absolutely recommend BCM London, if you are planning a project that you would like to stay within budget and also meets your vision with a classy look that will be timeless.

We had our 1400 Sq ft unfinished basement finished by BCM London. Salar and team were AMAZING. Large projects can be stressful, and the thing I most appreciated from BCM London was the level of communication. It didnâ t matter the time of day or time of week, if I had a question, concern, or issue, I got a calm, respectful,response within minutes. Salar and his team are solution oriented and when issues came up (as they do with any major project), we worked together to address. On top of that, our basement looks Amazing! Salar and his team spent the summer months completely re-finishing our basement. They were referred by a friend whose basement was also finished by BCM London. After having less-than-stellar outcomes with past contractors, we were thrilled to find a referral whose work product was done with such detail and care. From the very start, Salar was incredibly responsive, friendly, and eager to tackle our project. The process was almost completely seamless and stayed right on schedule throughout the three months of construction. There are always hiccups when you're renovating anything, but any time we ran into an issue, Salar was on it immediately. And there was never a hint of frustration, which was nice because I can be pretty particular. But the team did such a great job that there really weren't many things to change in the first place. It's obvious that they pride themselves on their quality work, great customer service, and personal touch. We will continue to refer Salar to anyone we know who is looking for a basement remodel, and will of course utilize their services again for our next project.

I used BCM London to handle a long list of home renovations. Overall the quality of the projects was great and they have established some solid relationships with subcontractors. The star of the process is Salar who project manages everything and is extremely responsive. He steps in to handle any question or need and always made it a priority to address any concerns that may come up. On any project that is as large as ours there will be complications here or there, but Salar always made sure things get sorted quickly and correctly. They renovated 2 bathrooms replacing all the countertops, tile, etc. We also replaced the master shower with all quartz to match the countertops. A 3rd bathroom also had countertops replaced. The entire house was replumbed (a 3 story house with 7 bathrooms) with PEX to deal with the notorious Cobb county pin hole leaks in copper. The plumbing team was great and sent a very large crew to sort out such a large job as quickly as possible. They also handled numerous aspect of the bathroom renos. All of the windows on the west side of the house were replaced with pella windows that have PVC frames to help deal with the sun damage the wooden windows were experiencing. Though they did not handle our deck and deck roof installation, they did sort out a lot of electrical for that project and handled electrical for both the top and the bottom of the deck. This included a new electrical box separate from the one inside so that all external wiring was on a dedicated circuit. Finally a wet bar and cabinets were installed in the basement. This included tile, electrical, plumbing, and fabrication. As you can imagine a project this large took some time and over that period BCM made the experience as pleasant as possible. This included replacing various floor and dust protections to protect the rest of the house from the construction. I would certainly recommend them to others. They are not the cheapest but when it comes to construction you get what you pay for. If you want a company that will communicate, work with you, help you along the way, and do so pleasantly, then BCM is for you.

As a designer, finding quality, skilled workers is getting harder and harder these days, however, BMC London, did not disappoint. they are veryprofessional, timely and curteous! I will definitley hire them again!

We completed a full bath install in an unfished basement with BCM London. We had a great experience with BCM London and Salar Sayari. He and his team were nice and very professional. They took time to listen to our requirements and got it right the first time. He was also very happy to address any questions we had and explain all of the details. The project area was left cleaner than when they started.

We are extremely picky on who we choose to come into our house and transform a blank slate into our idea. The BCM London team and Salar the owner and project manager of the company working with his father and brother understood our vision and with his what I would describe as a highly skilled crew of craftsman that exclusively work for BCM London, including tile, shower glass, carpenters and electricians renovated our gutted master bathroom from scratch into a little bit of heaven luxury hotel kind of master bathroom. I canà ¢à  à  t express how pleased we are with this remodel. It didnà ¢à  à  t feel intrusive. The crew is friendly and cordial and always came at the time that was communicated to us by Salar.
