We contact Samson to carry out the cabinet installation in our kitchen remod project. Mike was sent over from Samson to provide an estimate and our intial impression was good. It went down hill from here. Mike was not actively engaged and the two workers sent over, Leon and John were hacks at best, not the finish carpenders expected for a kitchen remod. They arrived on the first expecting to demo our kitchen, we were very clear during our initial meeting with Mike this would be complete on arrival. Leon and John were not prepared leaving for the day and not returning, Over the next five days they worked sporatically and on two occasions John left after only a half of days work. We were billed for full days for both men. This of course needed to be sorted with their office manager. Long story short, these guys are hacks and not proper finish carpenders. They are very sloppy and their work ethic is horrible. I do not recommend anyone uses this company.

I really wanted to like this company since the estimator, Mark was so nice; however, it was one issue after another. The first job we scheduled the worker showed up clueless as to what he was doing and asked us where the doors he was installing was. He was supposed to pick them up at Lowes which was already discussed and part of our quote. He said he wasnt aware of that so he had to leave and go get the doors. He spent an hour or longer in his car reading instructions before he came back and told us Im from Florida, Ive never installed a storm door. He had to come back the next morning with his boss to complete the work and he sat out in the driveway painting the other door that he told us he would do from home that night. We gave them a second chance but asked for another person despite there being no discount for our hassle wasted time. This time the worker text us at 7:30am saying he couldnt come with no reason why. When we called they were unaware his worker called in. We had to call multiple times to get this rescheduled because they were not updating us like they said they would. We told them we didnt wish to get up at 7:30am another day since I work nights at the hospital. They told us its the only time their workers could come but they would start outside until we were awake.This AGAIN was not relayed to the worker because he called to wake us up and AGAIN showed up with no supplies and had to leave to go to Home Depot. We were told it would be a 4 hour job but he was there close to 7 hours. He never wore a mask and used my decorative towels to change the faucets instead of asking for a towel that he could use. He started the bathroom sinks than left the bathroom a disaster to go work outside instead of completing one project before moving on to the next one. When repairing the sofet, he knocked off a piece of corner wood and was going to leave it that way had we not complained. He then wanted to fill it in with caulk instead of another piece of wood. Overall there was nothing good about either experience and it was a complete hassle and felt like our time wasnt valued or important. They need to communicate better with their workers.

Since Samson excelled in the two previous interior renovation projects they completed for me, it followed that Iâ d ask them to knock out some exterior maintenance issues, as well. I needed some damaged siding and associated trim pieces replaced & painted on a back wall & chimney, prominent fascia/trim on the front and some light trenching in the back. Even as the job was small, Randy kept to the same high standards Iâ ve come to expect from Samson... they continue to be my â go-toâ guys!

We had a drainage issue with outside rain water. Samson handyman did an amazing job installing a drainage system and fixing the effected drywall inside.

I was very pleased with the work and Frank was very courteous and knowledgeable. And he did not leave a mess for me to clean up. I will be calling them again for any work I need to have done.

Samson was prompt and professional, good at responding to questions, did a good job.

The whole crew was very personable. They left each day with the construction area safe and tidy. Good job done Would definitely recommend.

Work not yet completed. Representative was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in recommending someone to take care of part of the job they could not do. Awaiting them to schedule the work to be completed. Price was higher than I would have liked, but in a more reasonable range than 2 others I had contacted.

The team and Samson handyman was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and punctual. They did an awesome job with siding and trim work repair and painting; brickmould replacement with flashing; ; and replacement of two sections of a concrete walkway. Would definitely hire them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Couldn't be happier with Samson Handyman Service. Sergio was awesome, he's pleasant, professional, a hard worker and wants to make sure his customer is satisfied with his work before he leaves the job. Will definitely hire them again. Highly recommended.

They are a very good company for people on fix income

Al (with Dylan as his assistant) was the project manager for multiple jobs including drywall replacement, pressure washing and staining my desk. Al was a thorough professional in every way: punctual, courteous and insisted on quality. He kept me posted about each step of his service. I cannot recommend Samsom more highly.

Al, the assigned contractor, displayed exceptional business professionalism. He was prompt EVERY day of the project. He finished on time. He kept us informed every step of the way on the project. He installed our kitchen ceramic floor tile; beautiful! And, he installed our kitchen herringbone rock backsplash; exquisite attention to detail! Mike from Samson came on time for his appointment, talked to me about what was needed and turned around the estimate within one day. I was happy with how he handled the apointment. When I had questions about the estimate Mike answered them right away and immediately provided a revised estimate. On the scheduled work day Sergio and Teo arrived on time and walked through the estimate and job details with me. They were professional, skilled and thorough. I did have some questions about how one of the gates was installed, and when I mentioned that to Sergio on day 2 he listened to the feedback, came up with several possible solutions and then fixed the issue right away. I was very pleased with the finished result. Sergio and Teo were friendly and easy to work with, and they tidied everything up before they left, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely work with Samson again, and it would be a pleasure to do another project with Mike, Sergio and Teo!

Very happy with Samson Handyman. Leon and Sam were professional. They arrived on time, calling 20 mins beforehand. The work looks great. They even managed to make the ceiling pattern match. They quoted me a very fair price and that's actually what they charged me! I know! Very pleased. Highly recommend.

My handyman Leon and his helper Sam did a fantastic job with the gutter, door repair and post re-alignment on the front of my house. I will be sure to use Samson again for more projects around my house!

We had a pergola added and while it wasn't done correctly the first time, Mark came out and spoke with me to see what my concerns were and promised to make it right. Leon came about later and did a perfect job. It's beautiful and exactly what we were looking for.

The team did a great job and their quote was lower than their competitors and the job was fantastic. Leon and his crew we're great and very good to work with. The final cost was the same as the initial quote so no surprises.

AL was very professional and did a wonderful job repairing our fence. It worked better than when it was first built. My husband is very happy as this was a surprise for him. AL even put a border around the whole the cats use. Very nice touch! We will use Samson Handyman Service again. Kathy M.

This company was great, they were prompt to come out and give a quote, once we accepted the quote they gave us a date they would be here and they were prompt getting here (it had rained for a week before and we thought they might put us off but they did not) They sent a very professional group of men and they did an excellent job, we would highly recommend them, we have them working on another quote on some more work. I am so glad we found this company on Home Advisor.
