He came and gave me an estimate. He told me when he could do the job. Which was the next day. He arrived when he said he would. He brought all the needed equipment. I'd had a terrible few weeks of contractors not showing up, doing shoddy work, etc. Including another plumber who charged us for two calls and never resolved the problem. Not this gentleman. Mr. Adams responded to my request quickly and fit us in early the following day and would likely be able to complete the work same-day, even though it was going to require digging and some parts. He showed up on time, gave explanations that made sense (no huge fees to "try" something), and provided a detailed quote, substantially less than what we expected. He was very clear on his approach and outlined potential increases in the cost if the repair turned out to be be more involved. He began work right way, called us out to explain each step as it was completed and took pictures of what he was doing on the other side of the wall in my basement (a place we never go). He was finished by early afternoon and guaranteed both the parts and labor for 12 months. I found Mr. Adams to be honest, straight-forward, professional and sincere. We were careful to scan and save his card, should we need his services in the future. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Jonathan was exceptional. He was on time, professional, completed the repairs with an expert hand. I would not only recommend him but I would be delighted to work with him again. Also, we had accidentally overpaid due to a glitch and the money was returned before we could even mention it. Truly Honest and all around great person to deal with. Called in advance giving an accurate arrival estimate. Once on site, gave an accurate completion estimate too. Best pricing of 4 different estimates for a water heater replacement. Highly recommend!
