I contacted "Dee" shortly thereafter and on 30 Jan, my window was measured for replacement. He gave me a cost estimate and an expected installation date for the repair. I was called twice with updates regarding the date and time I could expect the window to be repaired. On 8 Feb, in less than an hour, Dee installed my replacement sash."
