It's a 1,000 gallon tank and about 90% full. Didn't know that they would have to use a Backhoe to dig down to the Concrete Tank to gain access for pumping. As professional as these young men were I followed along with confidence. They told me what to expect ever step of the way. As they were almost finished they noticed a potential problem with the opening to the Drain Field. Both spent over an hour or more gaining access to the second opening on the far side from which they pumped. In the end they finished up and I offered a Tip of which Caleb refused. I assured him that I would write an Excellent Review. Not only would I hire them again, I'm also posting to my Subdivision's Community Page. Great job Caleb and Alex."

"We had hired Master Rooter to inspect the general health of our septic tank and they discovered that the piping was severely damaged which led to sewage accumulating to the top of the tank. The repair engineer Steve was extremely knowledgeable and explained the issue using diagrams and detailed the repairs that would be needed. He and his assistant performed the repairs right away due to the urgency of the situation and it was completed within 2-3 hours. He also provided advice on how to take care of septic tank in the future and provided a discount to make the repairs affordable. The only reason work quality is 4/5 stars is because we just had the repairs done and we'd like to see how the tank performs over the next couple of years. But overall, a job really well done, with excellent customer service."
