They came pumped cleaned fixed clogged filter within 2.5 hours of Steve telling me on the way. Great crew knowledgeable quick. Paid what was quoted. And learned a little about my septic tank. I asked for an "on the rim out the door" price with no last minute pitches for things that should be part of the service. Price was as quoted to pump, clean filter and inspect. I did opt for a bacterial additive that I was NOT pressured into purchasing. I just figured if it made any difference in keeping the drain field from having issues it was well worth it. Included three-year monthly additive supply. Quality of Work - extra careful to check for water line into the house, thorough in the pump out and carefully replaced the dirt and raked the area. Of course, I will need sod but that just goes with having a septic system pumped regardless of who does it. Friendliness - everyone in the crew was friendly and courteous, like they were your neighbor."
