Great job!!

Just had septic tank emptied by Arnold's Septic . I will NEVER use them again. Before they came out I asked over and over what was the price, The lady in the office said to empty the tank was $450 for a regular size tank and $550 for an oversized tank. I confirmed that with a call back. Well when the driver shows up to my house ( I am not home ) he calls me and says you filter needs to be cleaned and that will be an extra $250. I told him I was having no problems and I just had the tank emptied 3 years ago. Mind you he was still in his truck when we had this conversation. I insisted I only wanted the tank drained. So When he finished he called and said he was done. I was 3 minutes from the house. He said he could not wait to be paid. I met him at the corner of the street and he said he was in a hurry and would call me for the payment. When I got home I found mounds of #^$* in the yard. He called for the payment and I asked why he felt the stuff on my grass and he said it leaked from the hoses. I have had tanks pumps before and never had to clean up a mess. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY AS LONG AS THIS GUY IS SERVICING MY AREA. I have used Arnolds in the past with no problems. but it appears that if this guy couldn't make any extra money then he was going to do harm to my yard.

Purchased my home 2 years ago. Called to have an inspection done. Was encouraged to have it pumped also. Caleb and Alex arrived and located my Septic System. It's a 1,000 gallon tank and about 90% full. Didn't know that they would have to use a Backhoe to dig down to the Concrete Tank to gain access for pumping. As professional as these young men were I followed along with confidence. They told me what to expect ever step of the way. As they were almost finished they noticed a potential problem with the opening to the Drain Field. Both spent over an hour or more gaining access to the second opening on the far side from which they pumped. In the end they finished up and I offered a Tip of which Caleb refused. I assured him that I would write an Excellent Review. Not only would I hire them again, I'm also posting to my Subdivision's Community Page. Great job Caleb and Alex.

Very professional, only did what was needed, didn't try to sell anything that was not needed. Definitely recommend.

Communication - Excellent! Matthew was prompt and courteous in staying in touch regarding appointment time and arrival time. Price - Competitive and transparent. I asked for an "on the rim out the door" price with no last minute pitches for things that should be part of the service. Price was as quoted to pump, clean filter and inspect. I did opt for a bacterial additive that I was NOT pressured into purchasing. I just figured if it made any difference in keeping the drain field from having issues it was well worth it. Included three-year monthly additive supply. Quality of Work - extra careful to check for water line into the house, thorough in the pump out and carefully replaced the dirt and raked the area. Of course, I will need sod but that just goes with having a septic system pumped regardless of who does it. Friendliness - everyone in the crew was friendly and courteous, like they were your neighbor.

Getting backup into basement shower with heavy water usage+heavy rain. Arnold's found clear groundwater to nning into drain field and installed French drain to abate it. Not a hint of further backup now that tank has had time to refill so confident issue is resolved. Better communication would have been nice, but I think they were overwhelmed with the demand due to the continuous rains causing widespread problems of this nature but it was worth the wait for us.

Purchased this house a few years ago. Appeared tank had not been pumped in 8-10 years, and as holiday was approaching with company coming and downstairs toilet being temperamental about flushing, decided it might be a good idea to go ahead and get the task done even though I was afraid there could be other more expensive issues. Matthew and sons arrived as scheduled, calling before heading my way, and arrived promptly. Got there, located tank and got the job done in less than an hour. He also gave me more information about the tank, repair information previous owner(s) had not left any record of, and what could happen in the future to be aware of between now and next pumping. Advised me of other things I could do but did not pressure or try to upsell. Gave good advice, and I felt better about the system overall after his evaluation of it. Would definitely use them again next time, which hopefully will not be for another several years. Be prepared, however, to have plenty of straw on hand to cover up dirt/mud that digging up tank leaves behind.

These guys are the best. They had to dig for us- and were able to get to the pump, dig with as little mess as possible, and even while they had the job to do, helped uproot a tree so we could relocate it away from the septic.

Called Arnold's when my tank started backing up into my house. They came out immediately and tried everything they could to save me money in the process of fixing a clogged leach field line. They fixed my issue and gave me a 2 year warranty on repairs; all the wall being super informative and professional. Will definitely hire again.

We used them many years ago and the system worked great. Recently with the wet summer we are having the system would no longer drain. We called and they came and redid the system again but the fix failed after a few days. We called again and they did return, did some digging and added pipe to the system but the problem was not solved. We called again but no one responded further. We really liked the company but with an elderly mom in the house, we had to call someone else. The problem has been solved now.

They were very professional. Only did the work that was need. Needed to have the bib replaced. Showed us everything that needed to have work done and why. No over sale. Most definitely will use again.

Mr Bowen said that it was one of two things and if the lines were clogged with roots he would get it done for 1900.00 if a new drain needed 2900.00. He got R done for 1900.00 with a 2 year guarantee.
