Jeff Hegwood with Flush Pro gave us excellent customer. When he contacted us we had already set up an appt with some one else but he took the time to give up tips of what we should expect from someone pumping your septic tank. He also said we could call him if we had any other questions. We took advantage of his offer and called him about the quote we had received. His advice was so good we declined the first offer because it was too expensive and set up an appt with Jeff. Two days later he came out and pumped and repaired our septic tank for much much less than the first quote we received. Jeff is a man of his word and does quality work. I will definitely have him doing my maintenance work on my septic tank from this day forward! Thanks, Jeff!

Found and resolved my issue quickly. The problem ended up being a result of the the initial septic system installation. FlushPro didnâ t perform the initial installation and only charged me a service fee to fix a problem that I should have never experienced. Will definitely use them in the future.

These guys did an excellent job! Came out the next morning after I contacted them the previous afternoon. Took care of the problem. Recommended a couple of options to help improve our septic system - at a reasonable price. I will call them again when we need regular service to our septic system.
