Paul's Septic Tank Service

Paul and his affiliate were very informative and did a great job of pumping, cleaning, and servicing my septic system.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone who need septic tank service.

We suffered a very minor (thankfully) clean water septic back up last night due in part the amount of rain we have had lately.
I went to Angie's list and selected Paul's Septic Tank Service because he is highly rated.  I called and Paul answered at 9PM on a Sunday night during the Arizona/Carolina NFL playoff game.  His tech called me back in 10 minutes and they were here at dawn.  They advised me to remove the cap from the clean out so if it backed up again it would go into the yard and not the house.  I did that.  They came and opened up both ends of the 1500 gallon septic tank.  They cleaned out the entire tank and installed a removable filter.  The tank was originally installed without a filter even though the filter housing was present.  They ripped that out and put in a better removable filter.  Service was fast friendly and I highly recommend.  The cost was $860.00 which was very fair for the amount of work involved.  A back hoe was required  They advise having the system pumped every 5 years but did say with just the two of us here now we could probably go 7 years.  The routine clean out would have cost a whole lot less.  I am not going over 5 years ever again.  Had we not been home there would have been major flooding in the house.  I would wager that most of us here have gone way past 5 years.

They arrived on time, with a confirmation phone call an hour ahead of time to narrow the window they'd previously provided. Jerry and Dustin were professional and knowledgeable. Our system is relatively new, but we aren't the first owners, so we wanted an inspection and cleanout, just in case. We're so glad they came! Our system was a mess! They pumped it out, cleaned it up, and it looks as good as new! Our piece of mind was worth every penny!

Contacted four septic tank companies to solicit quote for routine pumping out septic tank. I had located and dug out the tank's manhole cover so the only work required was to pump the tank. The quotes ranged from $285 to $375. I selected Paul's Septic Tank Service because his price was competitive and he confirmed the only reason his price could increase is if the septic tank was larger than 1000 gallons or there were obvious issues that needed to be addressed. Paul called first thing on the scheduled morning to reconfirm the appointment and he called approximately 30 minutes before our appointment to advise me that he was on his way to my address. Upon arrival, Paul and his assistant quickly got to work. Paul explained what they were doing and answered my questions while the pumping/cleaning operation was underway. The work was completed without damage to my yard and flower beds. They also did a thorough job of cleaning up. I am very pleased with this service.

He was great. He was very thorough and he was very personable over the phone.

.Our septic tank had backed up. Paul came out within an hour. He was very professional and friendly. He had to dig to get to the problem, but was careful and neat. He advised me of the problem and quoted the price which included a special that was running this month. He was finished within about an hour and replaced the soil and sod very neatly. Needless to say, I am very impressed and satisfied with his quick and professional work. I highly recommend this honest young man and his service!!!!
