It was a pleasure to have the Alan and Colby at AC Septic come to our home and repair our septic. As new homeowners, we contacted many people and many of them didn't have the knowledge to fix our problems left by the previous owners. Alan and Colby came in, and explained the process every step of the way. They found the problems and fixed everything at an affordable price. Other companies wanted to replace our entire system which would have cost us over 16K , but Allen and his knowledgable team at AC septic saved us about 13K. They worked hard and didn't even let the rain stop them from doing their job. AC septic will officially be our septic providers.

Alan was quick to respond to my inquiry. That impressed me first. Then Alan was quick to schedule service for me. Colby came on time to perform the pump out service and I agreed to have him perform other services while he was on site. He was quick and thorough, extremely personable. Arrived, and got right to work. Dug up ground, drained tank and cleaned up all in less than 1 hour. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely use them again.

AC Septic did an excellent job explaining what was needed to get my 90 year old mother's septic tank pumped and updated to function more efficiently. Allen was very patient and helpful. They were on time and did a great job leaving the site cleaned up.

Alan and Colby did a great job for us. The water was slow to drain and they found out right away what was wrong. They drained the tank brought the septic tank up to code and drained the septic field of all fluid. They were both professional and friendly throughout and my wife and I appreciated everything they did. They very much went above and beyond and we will immediately contact them if we need any further or future work done on our system. Use this company if you have any septic system problems.
