This problem was reported on 11/27/2022, and the Insurance Carrier took two (2) weeks to give the go-ahead. Of course, even though the Richard did everything he was suppose to do AND recommended replacing the faucet, Select refused and only paid the ‘hourly’ rate. KRK, previously pumped my tank and when I went inside he hurriedly closed tank and did not pump all the way to the bottom. He also left the lid at an angle where dirt and water could enter tank. All About Septic Services, Inc. pumped all the way and positioned the lid properly. The pumping was much faster with All About Septic Services, Inc compared to KRK as well.
