Fantastic! The AC was inspected on a Monday and was unrepairable. By the next afternoon a new AC was installed and the house was cooled down shortly afterwards.

Comfort Zone AC is a Joke.. I am filing this complaint based on several different factors. Comfort zone AC and its owner, Christian Anton have led me on and caused stress and anguish in my life, as well as lost wages. First, the proposal that was given to me has changed daily, We originally agreed on specifics for the entire project that turned out to be a lie, On day one we discussed an assessment and start of work, However the men who were hired were unlicensed sub contractors. This team came to my home and walked around the house and did absolutely nothing. After I brought this up with Christian Anton the owner who was present on only one day of this entire project, he just blew it off. I told him I needed to know when his crew would return and they had no idea. The next day after I arrived home from work they just showed up. I had to take two days of work off because they could only give me this time. I had no other choice since the AC was not working. I lost wages and was written up at work. I then was sent an invoice that was double the original estimate for services that were not rendered, this is fraudulent charges. At the very beginning I explained how unprofessional his subcontractors were and presented him with this list of items. First they unboxed the unit and broke the RHEEM sign that is attached to the unit. Here is the complete list that was not addressed and were left for days undone. 1.The assessment was done but no-one was willing to look in the attic to see exactly what I needed. Therefore since this step was overlooked, the back bedrooms which include my master bedroom did not have any ventilation installed. The subcontractors kept saying, "we are just here to get this thing turned on." I was extremely concerned with this issue since I would be sleeping in a room with no AC, but was paying for a complete new system. I was forced to spend days with no AC in my back bedrooms this caused a great deal of stress for me and my family. 2. Holes were made inside and outside my home without any permission and left open. The exterior of the house was opened and wiring and copper piping was exposed, I called the office and no-one would get back to me or return my call. I called the entire weekend with concerns for my family that there was a large hole outside, that leads to my attic and into my home left open. Any number of rodents or pests could have crawled into this space and created a problem. I sent photos to Christian about this issue and was ignored. Was told by reception that "he's out of town" but I could hear him in the background whispering. 3. The system was installed backwards and had to be turned and flipped around to match the holes that were already accessed. This was brought to the subcontractors attention, they were very unprofessional and used profanities after being told that it was not placed right. 4. Subcontractors started work and left for hours without coming back to finish. They gave me one excuse after another and stopped responding to me. 5.Unit was placed in wall backwards, The first and only walk through that Chris participated in, we discussed how the unit would sit and where it would be placed. The subcontractors put the unit in the wrong place in my closet, causing damage to my closet doors and walls. I explained to them the unit was to be placed the other way and they told me they could move it another time, left my home and came back hours later at nighttime to move the unit. The subcontractors attempted several times to call the owner Chris, with no response, he screened and ignored their calls. 6. Overflow pump was installed incorrectly, which lead to water not draining correctly which lead to water dripping from the piping damaging the floors.. The subcontractors explained they would be back to fix it, days went by with water dripping into a bucket, another subcontractors was there and notified me of the leak, she was there to do some dry walling, She sent a message to Chris the owner, but he never responded., They fixed the issue on the last day which was unacceptable. 7. I signed the permit application at Chris's office, he then had this documentation notarized without me being present and without a photo ID, this is illegal. 8. I am still unable to reach Chris the owner to schedule a final permit inspection. He avoids all phone calls and lies through texts. He has stated he would come to my home numerous times but has never showed up or attempted to address any complaints, It seems Chris has a history of doing this to other innocent customers like myself and will create any story to avoid the customer. Christian Anton is a poor business man and a con artist. I have pictures and texts of all proof. Buyer Beware. Please look at the FL DBPR license check and look under his history he has been suspended and has failed his customers. Please also check yelp, google reviews and Angies list he has mad multiple accounts to avoid being caught.

BEWARE!!! Purchased a new AC system thru comfort zone AC on 8/20/2019. Chris Anton The owner seems like a good guy at 1st but dont let that fool you he will promise you The world and at the end you will feel like your in Nigeria because of the SCAM of a company this is… After install it took comfort zone over 3 weeks to come and install new duct work that needed to be replaced. His installers are rude and unprofessional and will make every excuse not to do work. They even left the job without The outside lines being painted to failed the 1st inspection then 2nd inspection we failed again for not having the overflow Line connected… The company has no showed twice and we have failed inspection twice before passing finally, Chris will Give you the run around and not return calls he truly does not care about his clients only his pockets. Upon checking with the DBPR license check Christian Anton has been suspended and has a history of failing his clients. He also has horrible reviews on Yelp and BBB. Please check and do your homework!! I would not hire this company again I have tons of excuses he make and never lives up to anything!

Excellent company! We are very satisfied.We have lived in our south Florida house for 25 years. This is our 3rd AC. We were told by the other AC people that it was not possible to get the temperatre to 75 degrees in the heat of summer, in the middle of the day. So, for 25 years we have lived in AC that rose to 82 degrees in the summer. NOT ANYMORE! Comfort zone gave our home the correct sized AC and replaced our old ductwork and gave us better insulation for the attic. Like anything, there were issues that came up like one room did not get the suficient airflow and wasn't getting as cool as the rest of the house. Chris and his team fixed it immediately. Every single issue we had Comfort Zone handled it professionally, quickly and had a great attitude to help us and make sure we were completely satisfied. The best part was they ALWAYS solved the issue. We are very happy that we had our AC installed by Comfort Zone. Chris and the whole team were great. Knowing that we now have a relationship with a company that will be with us for a long time is very comforting. The picture says it all. That is at 2:15 in the afternoon at 90+ degrees outside.

Overall pretty happy with install. The install team did a great job. Had a problem with the outside unit (the compressor was very loud) and they worked with Rheem to replace it. The replacement went smooth but got delayed many times. Everything running great now.

Extra freon was added with the promise that Comfort Zone would keep the old unit going until the new unit could be ordered and installed. All this took place in November before and after Thanksgiving. The new unit was installed in December. Jessica was great and coordinated all the scheduling. Communications were excellent. Technicians showed up when expected.

Work done as promised - have had to have a couple of follow-ups on new unit, but working well.

They were totally desirable. I was really happy.

Fantastic company to work with! They came out immediately on a Friday evening, were professional & friendly, gave us a very good quote and installed the new unit the next business day! Highly recommended!!

Great! Conrad did a wonderful job. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, advised the amount of the replacement part prior to starting the work. I highly recommend this company. Even the scheduling was easy and they kept me informed of any cancellations so they could come sooner. I'm cool AND happy!

After getting the run around by a different a/c company we were referred to, and getting 4 other bids for a new unit, we decided to go with Comfort Zone and were glad we did. Esteban came by to give us the initial estimate and was super knowledgeable and professional. My husband was especially impressed with his expertise when compared to other bids that we had received. Esteban actually recommended a different unit than what others had recommended--even though it was cheaper and of course, not as good for them, he explained why it was better for us. No other company did this!! That detail truly did it for us. Esteban was amazing from start to finish and made everything seamless. Jay was also great to work with in getting all the paper work done. Even after the installation, Esteban came back later in the evening, past working hours I'm sure, to address a couple of concerns I had. These guys are awesome and highly recommended.

Technician called in advance of arrival per my request. Checked everything and explained what he was doing. Just wish they had a ceiling panel to replace my aging panel!

Perfect! we have not had a reoccurrence of this problem.

The owner Chris and all the crew were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They first diagnosed an AC that was screeching. We replaced that total system. Six months later our other system died and they replaced it as well. Their prices were very fair and competitive!

You want professional service and a person who cares about their company call Chris at Comfort Zone. There are a lot of choices out there but if you want reliable quality service call him. I don't always write reviews but I felt compelled on this one because I respect people who work hard to make a business work and provide good service.

Gustavo arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the service given and would definitely use them again.
