The salesman Claudio Comegna was very knowledgeable on the product and gave a great demonstration of the product and I have contacted him long after my windows were installed and he answered all my questions I would highly recommend him for any information on this product

I live in Southern New Hampshire and hired NewPro, INSTEAD of working with the contractors that we had been referred to and met through HomeDepot, OR the two bathroom/shower local contractors we met with and found by word of mouth. We definitely made the right choice for us. To start we met with our sales people. Nelson R. and his team were amazing at helping to educate us, providing us with choices and recommendations, and maintaining great communication with us. Nelson is a seasoned NewPro staff and it was obvious. With exceptional support, we were able to design the shower we always wanted. When it came time to do the installation of the shower, Anthony M. was friendly, efficient, and flexible about us having pets and some of our own scheduling needs. Anthony had support from two other NewPro members, and I just want to also share that the electrician that assisted Anthony including installing our bathroom light/fan was also very kind and helped me to understand how to pick the right fan for my space. We are very happy and strongly recommend that you consider NewPro to meet your bathroom remodel needs. I mean, just check the other reviews and shared photos. Theyâ re worth it!! Paul McCafferty was sent to fix the stoppers that were installed when the replacement windows were installed. He did an excellent job. He replaced the pine stoppers with actual framing. I would've had to stain the pine, but the new framing is the exact color of the replacement windows. So everything fit and matched up excellently. Job well done.

I would hire them again but would take into account the costs. I might have paid a premium for this roof install but I had to. Our house was built in 1930's and had the original "farm" boards on the roof. Since the roof was relatively new, the previous owners never had plywood put on as a base. We mostly likely had many leaks we didn't know about. According to the salesman, we have a very complicated roof and they did an analysis of what we needed. The crew was very efficient and cleaned up the best they could. Even though they had a huge magnet on wheels to pick up nails, we still find nails on the driveway. We had a leak and they came out within 36 hours to re-seal the chimney. A pretty good job but it was expensive. Oh, the roof has a 50 year warranty and transferrable with the house.

The worker Brian was very professional and polite. He removed the bathtub and replaced it with a walk in shower. He continued to work until the job was done and cleaned up when the job was completed. He also advised us of other job the company/ business offered.
