"It took several weeks after my initial call to get the job done. There was a hurricane and Seth had a leg injury which caused some delay, and he was extremely busy. I bought this deal because I wanted my tv to hang on the wall without dangling wires. I was not alerted that I needed an electrician to have already installed an outlet. Because I was not told this, I didn't have one. As a result, the wires were showing. I asked what to do to make it look better and he suggested wire wrap from Home Depot. He didn't have any with him, so I ran to the local store to get some while he was there so he would have to install it, not me. It improved the appearance, however I would have had to do that myself if I hadn't lived close to a store."

They were there for 8 hours and did not stop until it was done and even bought me dinner.  They followed up after the installation also.  I have had awful experiences with the local A/C companies and this company was not even close and had no problem driving down to Big Coppitt Key.
