"Bart Holmes was incredibly nice, and most importantly, honest. He told me that the issue was actually a very simple fix that I could do myself and taught me how to do it. He could have easily used my lack of knowledge against me but he did not and I am very grateful. If I ever have any serious issues with the HVAC, I will most certainly contact him."

"This company is great They replaced all my ductwork and did a new ac replacement in half of day Everything came out great Highly recommend this company They explained everything thoroughly and are highly experienced"

"My previous HVAC go to company bid $1300 to replace a valve. Excel responded quickly, came that same day, gave me a bid for 1/2 the money but suggested a cleaning might do the job-they were right! They saved me a good chunk of money and found a collapsed dog house the previously company had missed so my system works better than ever before. Excel is my new go to HVAC contractor."

"On time and very professional. The work was done efficiently and when a problem arose with the AC not coming back on (thru no fault of their own), they sent a technician to remedy the problem."

"It was a Saturday afternoon and 95 degrees out and no HVAC company was able to get to us. Found Gary with Keep it cool LLC, he put us priority and was there within the hour. Great service from a small business owner, who now has my business moving forward. Highly recommended!"

"We've been without A/C for a month trying to deal with our home warranty company (we actually placed the initial service call November 1 it's now December 3). I had enough of dealing with waiting for them to get their stuff together and my fiancé finally called True Breeze Heating and Cooling, LLC. and told them we needed a new compressor for our unit. Anyways, these guys, Tiwayne and Aaron, showed up the next day with the correct parts and got it working! We live in a condo and there was a hick-up with the insurance paperwork. These two gentlemen waited around for 3 hours until the paperwork finally came through. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Tiwayne and Aaron! With all the BS that we've been dealing with the other company and the fact that while they were working on fixing out A/C I was coming home from surgery. These guys really saved the day. Thank you so much! Also , it's worth mentioning that these guys didn't try to upsell us on anything or tell us that the entire unit needed to be replaced. These were simply two honest and hardworking guys!"

"I had an amazing experience with my recent air duct cleaning and HVAC maintenance The team was punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable They showed me the before and after photos of the ducts, and the difference was incredible Since the cleaning, Iâ ve noticed better airflow, less dust buildup, and improved air quality The technicians were respectful of my home and ensured everything was spotless before they left Iâ m very pleased with the results and would recommend them to anyone looking for professional air duct and HVAC services Definitely a five-star experience!"

"We had an excellent experience with our pool heater repair, thanks to Eric. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Eric quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a clear and straightforward way, and had our heater up and running in no time. What really stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s not often you come across someone who takes such pride in their work. If you’re looking for reliable and high-quality service, I highly recommend Eric & Telford Cooling. We couldn’t be happier!"
