"The Technicians Kenneth and Efrain arrived here on time as scheduled and I also got a chance to meet the owner of the company (sorry, did not get his name). The team went to work immediately and located the refrigerant leak within 15 minutes. They are working on ordering the replacement coil and in the mean time got the AC working temporarily and it is working nicely. As soon as the Replacement part is available, they will swing by and complete the project. Very professional work and they were in and out of my place within one hour. VERY EFFICIENT AND THOROUGH. I HAVE PROMISED TO GIVE THEM REFERRALS. I WILL MOST CERTAINLY GIVE THEM 5-STARS. Oh, by the way, they are very reasonable and will work with you and your schedules......"

"Cool Air USA is my go-to A/C company for both my home and business, and has been for many years. Being in sunny South Florida, it's important to have a reliable and trustworthy A/C company. At my home, I have them do a coil cleaning once a year, and at my business (2 locations), they do preventative maintenance on a total of 4 units. Of course, every now and then, I call them when there's a breakdown or one of the units isn't cooling properly, and they're always there usually same day but, worst case, the following morning if it's a late call or they're super busy (on very hot days that's totally understandable considering many others are probably facing issues as A/C units are getting maxed out). All of their techs are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and their customer support is outstanding...they even call you a day before your scheduled service call to remind you that they'll be showing up the following day at so and so time. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, they're pricing is very competitive. I must've gone through 4 or 5 different A/C companies over the past 6 years or so, and all of them were either price gouging me (especially on those break-fix calls), were not punctual, horrible at communicating or just plain rude. Similar to plumbing companies, when you find a good A/C company down here you stick with them, and Cool Air USA has yet to screw me in any way...which is nothing short of amazing in this sunny place fool of shady people!!"
