The name Honest Air, Inc. came about from wanting to treat people fairly and with respect. The owners daughter actually came up with the name. The entire staff has been hand picked from only the most upstanding, honest service technicians in the business. Keeping cost down and quality high is paramount to the company. This was by far an outstanding experience. The tech (Gary) was very professional very forth right and honest and knowledgeable. The work was completed and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Honest Air to anyone. Gary went above and beyond in performing the work.

Very very well. Extremely helpful with monthly maintenance tips. A special pump had already been installed by honest air but did not have a trap. He installed the trap and took the time to show me how to add bleach to keep the system clean. Thanks Kevan!!

The work was done well but the tech accidentally knocked a handful of insulation into the blower and it blew through the vents in my house. He didn’t off to clean it up or provide any sort of remedy. All he wanted to do was sell a UV system. Overall a good experience but I don’t know if I would use again.

Perfect. A few years ago I witnessed the service my neighbor received from Sean & was so impressed. That’s when I switched to Honest Air. Last year they installed a new A/C unit and I continue to receive excellent service. Rachel kept me informed on arrival. Not only is Sean proficient in his craft....he is kind and courteous and always has a smile. I told him today that he feels like family. You will never go wrong choosing Honest Air!

Wow what a dishonest company. I'm personally a fully state licensed roofing contractor. This company has completely ripped off my Mother. She just called me crying not knowing what to do. Here's what happened. My mother bought a house with a undersized AC unit that would not properly cool her house. So unfortunately she had to replace her entire AC. She pulled together the money and hired honest air to install a brand new properly sized unit. However they installed the same underated unit. This brand new $6000 unit has the same exact issue. It's too small. Soo what does honest air do? They give every story in the book cut holes all in her celling. Then did nothing just left her stuck. She contacted Lenox, who sent another contractor who confirmed the AC is half the size it's rated for. My Mother was stolen from and no one will help her. But see now I know. Do the right thing and put the proper unit in. I have tons of money and Im running a 100% legal state contracting buissness. May God Almighty help you for I will push every single button I can to mess with you and pursue this to the end of the earth based on principal. That's My Mother. I called Honest Air and received prompt same day service. Sean spent a great deal of time to make sure our unit was properly fixed. He needed a part that he did not have with him, so he made sure he came back the very next morning to complete the job. He is very knowledgeable and professional. We appreciate his dedication. He explained everything to us and explained the labor cost categories.

I will most likely purchase a new system from them as soon as possible My AC is way past it's useful life I was lucky today but in the Florida summer, an AC unit is one of the most important assets.
