"Two guys came, unable to get a fitting to attach on the coil that was provided by the manufacturers box.  Third person came also unable to make fit.  Two guys left, third guy came back later when another unit was delivered and completed the job by himself.  Everyone did what they could and very professional and courteous, explained things and apologetic.  It seems to be a practice for initial visits that they call to advise the person is on their way which I greatly appreciate.  Very pleased overall with the service. Just initially thought they weren't prepared until I was advised later by family member that was out there with them, it was due to the manufacturer's "box" and not the workers "fault" at all.  Definitely will call on them again.
