"This was our second job with Solid Fencing. We were so impressed the first time, we didn't even bother to get additional bids for this larger job. Jeffrey is excellent at reviewing options and ground conditions that require solutions. He even showed up when the materials were delivered to make sure everything was included and of first rate quality. The next day, he and Otis completed the installation from start to finish, including removing the old fencing. This is a first rate fencing company. "The salesman came out and provided a competitive bid and recommended a landscaper to remove the ficus hedges around the existing chain link fence and also remove the chain link fence. The landscaper was not punctual, and it was tough doing business with him. After the hedges were removed and the old fence taken away (this was an issue as well), the new fence went in promptly. The only issue I had with the fencing company was that they placed a lien on my house without my knowledge and this delayed a refinance loan that I was undergoing. I wound up paying additional closing costs due to this delay. I had to call the fencing company to have the lean removed. Not sure why this was necessary since I paid 50% up front (and 50% at completion). But, the fence is nice, and it went up without issues from the fencing company."

"We changed all our old Windows and doors for hurricane Windows. Total of 19 units. Overall the sales team (Jerry) and custom et service were nice and efficient. The team who installed the windows was really nice to have around. They did a very good job, especially considering the condition of our old house and the various strange window openings we had there. The result is really nice and our house is really different and a hundred times better. The pice was more or less the same of the competitors ; we just felt we were in the hand of more serious, responsive and reliable people and we were right."

"Carl was great! I sent him a photos of the closet and of the doors I wanted installed. He gave us the estimate for his work and told us how to order the doors. Although Carl did offer to pick up the doors himself, we were able to fit them in our station wagon, so we bought them at Lowe's, ourselves. Carl arrived on time and completed the work as promised. He installed track for top and bottom of sliding doors and had to adjust tile and molding to do so. He patched a spot on our wall, too. The doors look great, and just as the other reviewers mentioned, Carl really is a super nice guy! This was a small job, but even so, Carl treated us like it was very important to him. I appreciated his attitude, as well as his skill set! His work was excellent, and soon we hope to use him to remodel our kitchen! Thanks, Carl!
