"Long story short, I purchased my current West Melbourne home in 2013. I trusted my second realtor after having a very poor experience with the first one while looking at a home in Viera. John from Honor inspected both homes. He advised me that the one in Viera had significant black mold and even remediation services might not take care of the problem. That realtor was telling me to ‘just use a bucket of bleach water and a cloth; it’ll clean it up’. I changed realtors, selected this home, and there were only very minor issues in need of repair. As a single mother with a demanding career, I needed someone to trust, and by the grace of God, I had my new realtor and John. Shortly after moving in, I had a concern for a bathroom tub faucet. Not knowing who to call, John stopped by and helped. Now, years later, and once again, I needed assistance with my garage side door that’s begun to rot out due to the extremes in weather and heavy rain. I was worried about there being more of a foundational issue. He sent a tech over to examine it and gave me his recommendation. Just replace the door and frame with fiberglass/PVC. Also I need to seal and repaint very soon. He did this all on the same day as my call, and without any hesitation. I am so incredibly thankful for his expertise and ability to understand my concern. If I ever decide to move or buy another property, Honor will be the only inspection service provider I will call again. My sincere thanks to you!"

"Hearth and Home Heating & Cooling company initially installed my A/C unit. Yesterday, I called the company that my motor fan is not working. I talked to a nice lady Glenda and she assured me that she will send a knowledgeable technician to my house to replace my motor fan. Robert Wise showed up and diagnostic the problem and he answered all my concerns and questions. I was happy with the service and recommend to others to contact the company if they have any A/C issues."

"They originally installed my solar pool heater, during the estimate visit they painted beautiful picture and I was sold, however after the installation I found a problem, my pool would get quite hot in a summer, but in a winter time it wouldn’t get warm enough to swim in it, I asked the company for help few times, didn’t get much of the solution, was told that I can add few more panels, but they were pricey, so I gave up and was left with pool heater that really doesn’t do what it was intended to do- let us swim most of the year as I was told it would. Few years later I needed to change my roof, and I called company to dissemble the panels, to get the new roof on, took me over a week to get a call back from them, and I was told that they are quite busy so I won’t be able to get it done for another week, but they will send someone over to give me a quote, their quote for disassembly was breathtaking, mind it they don’t put the disassembly cost in their contract, as I was told they can’t do it as prices are going up and they will not be able to predict what it’ll be years later, at the time when they put the panels on. Going to another company would violate my warranty, so I was stuck, when I tried to tell them that they originally told me different price for disassembly, I was called a liar, and when I got upset and put a bad review online, I got a very rude email from the company owner accusing me that I was trying to bully the company into getting better price and that they will not have any business with me any longer, so my warranty was gone, and my new roof assembly was postponed indefinitely. I was devastated, luckily for me I found Affordable Solar Services company, they were simply amazing, when I called they came next day and took panels off for half the price of Excel Solar quote, they stored them safely and reassembled them just as fast when roofing company gave their ok. They were courteous, polite and knowledgeable, they also installed two more panels for a very reasonable price and now my pool heater works as was intended, all was done same day. They really saved the day. They also put down quote for me for any future disassembly, something which Excel Solar told me no one will do. So at the end my loss became a huge gain. Thank you Excel Solar for having the worst customer service. If it wouldn’t been for you, I would still be stuck with you and would not of find this absolutely amazing company."

We had to break up the work into two appointments, which were scheduled just fine. Quotes were on point and did not change from what was estimated. The team that did the service were on time, diligent and professional. On a couple of decisions, they made clear recommendations that would avoid future headaches--something I appreciate. After the work was done, they cleared the area and walked me through everything. Overall, I'm happy with the quality and promptness of work. I plan to call them again for future projects."
