Very well! For each job, Ryan was very prompt in returning calls and punctual in maintaining appointments. His advice was excellent, all work was completed on time, and the area left neat and tidy. I have never had any issues with A Reliable Pool Service since I first called them 6 years ago.

Reliable Pool Service is now our monthly pool maintenance service provider.

First minor repair did not solve problem, but they returned quickly and fixed the problem

It went well. Arrivedas scheduled and billed per estimate.

This is a small, but well run company. They manage communications, initial assessment and corrective services, and ongoing maintenance management well. Their actions reflect honesty as a value they hold personally. The trains run on time with these guys. I sent an e-mail over a weekend and the owner of Reliable called the following Monday morning...they read their contact us e-mails. The owner came for a look-see exactly when requested, the price didn't move, and he stated, "This doesn't look nearly as bad as I usually get." What's important here is what's missing, he didn't come up with malarkey and try and upsell. They are honesty. It means they get your pool straightened out for the monthly fee of 95.00. In short order the owner got the chemistry in line, and has since turned it's weekly maintenance over to his adult son. From a management standpoint, my only suggestion is that the owner handling initial sales and maintenance calls may limit their growth, but if they figure this out they'll cream the largest-oldest-most recognized.

They did not show for any of the four scheduled times. I tried calling them and left messages several times (5) over the next week and a half before someone answered. After that, They were seen by my cameras only twice. The pool was balanced once, but it is still dirty and cloudy. I called several times to get them back out and offered several chances to remedy my complaints prior to filing this review... I received no answers... I got no calls... I have no remorse for this review

We became his clients as a result. We would like him to use those tickets that fasten to the door telling the date and work done at that visit. He is very personable and honest.

The filter is fine. After paying in advance for 2 cleanings in May. They never showed and were fired. Still waiting for refund.

Love this company. They maintain my pool perfectly, let me know of any problems that arise and what my options are. they are reasonable with prices and timely with repairs.

Anyone looking for a pool service would be best advised not to use A Reliable Pool Service, as they are anything but reliable or professional, and border on being unethical. • They never return phone calls (they only do if you want to give them a credit card for payment…). • They turn over their staff servicing the pool too often, as it seems we had a new trainee every 3-4 weeks and could never gain service continuity on what we wanted done. They would perform less work every time and the service visits were 5 minutes or less with little cleaning performed, • Worst of all, they performed a repair for a leak in the pool pump which subsequently began leaking again, and (per usual) they did not respond with (many) messages left on their two phones to come out to meet about the broken down pump. In summary, very unprofessional behavior. They were paid regularly by credit card monthly, so that cannot be an excuse. Businesses run like this one do not deserve to be in business when customer service is not their method of operation. I am sure we are not the only client mistreated by this company.

This firm never bothered to ring up or return calls. What a lousy service.

I met with Trey the owner and was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism immediately  He spent time getting my pool in perfect shape and it's been clear and beautiful everyday since. If your looking for a pool company that does a great job every time, go with A Reliable Pool Service.  I'm glad I did.
