He called on Sunday evening and was able to set up a service call for Monday morning. The plumber who called on us was completely professional. He arrived exactly on time and went to work right away, resolving the problem in around an hour. At ever step he was cordial, friendly and polite and explained everything that needed to be done and the price was reasonable (and lower than I expected).
