Brevard Pools is poorly run. Essentially, their business model is they have a bunch of individual pool guys and they are simply a call center for doling out the work. They may be W-2 employees, but there is little doubt in my mind Brevard Pools is simply a collector of warm bodies and who you get is luck of the draw. They probably have some good people, but when I called, the man on deck was a none to bright, but thought he was, snake oil salesman/pool maintenance guy. Getting to him was no easy task. First, BP took their time calling back and I was busy and said I would call back, which I did. No one knew who called me. I finally got through to a woman, who I am guessing was the office manager, who then says some guy will call. Then, some guy calls and immediately gives me the, 'you are obviously an idiot' thing which in my lifelong experience of buying things means an upsell is coming. I knew then no way, but he was into his monologue and so I was waiting him out. I stopped my Sudoku puzzle when he said that I, the simpleton, by adding algaecide had turned chlorine (Cl) into bromine (Br). Whoa. I know what you are thinking. Mendeleev was wrong. I need to start working on my acceptance speech for the Nobel. 'Well, see, there I was at Walmart and I bought some algaecide. I bought two bottles because I have a 20,000 gallon pool and it said one bottle did 10,00 gallons. I dumped both of them in and voila, that's how I turned my cement pond into a nuclear reactor.' The point here is that undoubtedly Brevard Pools has an understanding of whoever was in line to get my call is a hogwash applicator who made it out of high school without taking chemistry. And, to Brevard Pools, he's good enough. Who you get with these guys is going to be luck of the draw. They have warm bodies for whom to dole out the work. Good luck. They probably have some good ones. I went elsewhere.

Excellent everything turned out beautiful they even gave me a higher quality tile for no additional cost.

john did an awesome job, expensive, just the part of having a pool. told me more about pool. company installed didn't tell us much -2003. great company to do any maintenance/repair. no worries that it wasn't done correctly.

Could not have gone any smoother. Brevard Pools communicated well, responded to questions promptly and went above and beyond in dealing with the other contractors involved. Respectful of our home and property and professional. Would hire again without a doubt!

Great Job - After installing a Brand New Heater, we had a few issues with it not seeming to heat properly during initial install & within a few days of trouble shooting it was determined there was an issue with the thermostat & they immediately swapped out the entire unit for another BRAND NEW unit.  We've not hand any issues since install completion.  We were very happy that after initial trouble shooting they immediately addressed the issue with replacing the entire unit so we wouldn't have issues going forward which we really appreciated.  Extremely happy with the service & the way they handled the customer service aspect of this job.  Fantastic Job with both the pool heater & the handrail installs.  On top of that we continue to use them for our Recurring Weekly Pool Maintenance.  Highly Recommend Them.

They do it first day of the month. It’s a monthly fee and there’s nothing special. They do okay. I’ve had them for 20 years.

It went fine.  It's a temporary fix.  It will cost about $12,000 eventually to fix the problem.  Brevard Pools provided us with a temporary solution so that we will have time to save.

Brevard Pools are realiable and if I need addtional services done, they are very helpful and timely and performing those services

The installation was done and time and done well.  We had one issue with the chlorinator and they sent a representative promptly and fixed the problem.  We use them as well for our weekly pool maintenance.  It is reasonably priced and Bill, our pool specialist, does an excellent job in caring for the pool.

They maintain the pool on a weekly basis. They are quick to respond if I do have any issues which I typically do not.

Extremely impressive and professional.  Credentials were provided up front, the complete estimate was put in writing in complete detail, and pricing was reasonable.  The firm had the second-best pricing; otherwise we would have chosen them to do our pool refinishing.

They repaired the leak. The pool looked great and everything is working well.
