Veteran owned and operated, AP Electric has been providing electrical service & repair to the residents and businesses of Brevard County since 2013. After more than two decades of working for other companies in the electrical industry, Tony achieved his lifelong dream of earning his Master Electrician and Electrical contractor's License. He founded AP Electric with the core values of honesty, integrity, and dependability. That means we are transparent in our pricing, we treat each client with respect, and we show up when we say we will. While good electrical work can take time, we work efficiently to maximize that time. We also work with the utmost safety and attention to detail. We do our best not to make a mess, but when that can't be avoided, we always clean up after ourselves! We truly care about our clients, and we will do everything in our power to ensure that you are more than happy with our work. Going the extra mile costs nothing, but it gets you a lot further down the road! While we realize that trust can only be earned, we'd like the chance to earn your trust and your repeat business. Central command (aka the business office), is manned by Tony's wife Kat, who also served our country. Please contact us, as we're always happy to see how we can help.

"Thanks for your kind words once again, [Member Name Removed]. It's always a great pleasure working with you! Kat and Tony"
"Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. We enjoyed working for you, and we very much appreciate your business."
"Dear Ms. [Member Name Removed], Thank you for taking the time to review us, and we're glad that you're happy with our quality of work. We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the cost. Just to clarify, I do want to note that we installed two virgin fans, and had to run new circuitry and install wall switches. This takes a lot more time than just replacing an existing fan. And while we were happy to do it, it took a fair amount of extra time to move things out of the way in order to be able to access the areas we needed to in order to get the job done. We work as quickly as we are able, but different variables come into play at times. In any event, we remain available to you should you ever need our services again. Warm regards, Tony"

"Dear [Member Name Removed], while we appreciated the opportunity to give you an estimate, the job you had in mind for us to do Involved more than just changing out a chandelier. There was no existing chandelier for us to replace. We would have had to run a totally new circuit from the attic, because there was no existing electrical or weight rated box located in the bathroom where you wanted the chandelier to be installed. The cost to run a new circuit from the attic down the wall to bring new electrical power to the desired location, based on past experience in your type of home, would normally involve around three hours of work with two men, bringing the cost to $450. We are sorry that the $49 Big Deal you purchased would not cover that amount of work. And please understand that we always send a two-man team to any job, because there are a lot of unknowns in electrical work, For instance if one electrician is in an attic, running wire down the wall for a new circuit, the other man must be below him to retrieve and terminate the wire. As a lot of attics have very limited space and a small entryway, the time it takes for one man to do this as opposed to a two-man team would be more than doubled. On the rare occasions that two men aren't needed for safety reasons or to expedite the required work, we charge for one man only. We strive to be fair, but we put safety first, and the quality of our work speaks for itself, as we have many repeat clients and many more who highly recommend us to their friends and family. In any event, we apologize for the misunderstanding, and we wish you all the best. Warm regards, Tony, Owner, AP Electric"
"Dear Mr. [Member Name Removed], We are so sorry about the misunderstanding regarding our fees. If you would contact me at (321) 632-3532, I would be happy to speak with you about this and will make every attempt to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. We appreciate your business. Warm regards, Kat Prater, Customer Relations"
The fluorescent tubes were difficult to reach and some old parts needed replacing besides the tubes. Coverings which were accidentally broken due to the difficulty reaching the tubes, were replaced by AP Electric without charge; a very professional response on their part. Some time after the work was performed, AP Electric did a followed up call to check on how everything was working. Good to see some companies still do this!

They were excellent, very friendly and on time. There was nothing bad, like I said, it's being prompt, courteous and, to me, reasonable. It was all good. I don't have anything bad to say at all. What I say about the company is to give them a call -- get the estimate or whatever. Like I said, being locally and prompt. Like I said, the other workers that were working with him were also very friendly and very polite. You don't see that too much any more. I think the pricing was reasonable for the amount of work I had done. They were right on time; they said they would be out that afternoon.
