"Amazing.. I was frustrated with my last pool guy unable to maintain the pool, since Jessie has started he got my pool right and kept it right!! Every time I call him he quickly comes by! And mind you I have an Olympic size 12 1/2 ft pool so it’s not an easy job! Now I feel confident in having guests at anytime that my pool is always beautiful blue! I definitely recommend him!!"

We offer an overheat protection switch to keep your pumps protected. Our price point is far better than what would cost you to replace your well and centrifugal pumps. Preventive care is always better than reactive care. Aside from distributors and pump manufacturers, we don't have return clientele because our switch works perfectly. 5 minute installation and a product made in USA that is less than $200. Patented product.

"It took a while for them to get started (very busy this year I guess) but I am completely satisfied with the work they did. I wish someone called me when they did not show at the designated time. I called the office and the supervisor called me right back explaining they had to complete another job and showed up when they said later that day. They completed the job and started filling the pool when I was at Disney. Came home to a completed job and water going in the pool."

"We have an above ground 24 foot pool that needed cleaning, filter especially. Jesse and his employee came out the same day, Cleaned the filter, pool, and added the chemicals to correct our pool. WOW, what a difference after they left. Jesse was very polite and explained our pool needs. Signed up for a weekly visit / paying monthly to keep our pool pristine! It has only been day one but the man seems to have good values and wants to do a good job. Our visit today, I would recommend! Susan Jordan"

Pool and Spa Servicing questions, answered by experts

When your hot tub is completely dry, there is typically no need to introduce antifreeze into the plumbing. However, if you desire an extra layer of protection against potential freeze damage, you can consider adding some RV antifreeze to your hot tub lines. Just ensure that you use RV antifreeze specifically, as automotive antifreeze is highly toxic and should be avoided.

Hot tub maintenance can cost between $500 and $1,000 annually. These costs typically cover deep cleaning the tub, refilling it several times a year, and maintaining the water's chemical balance. While you can perform maintenance yourself, a professional can clean and treat your hot tub with chemicals to save you time. The biggest expenses are often heating and repairs, but regular maintenance can help you avoid more complicated and costly repairs and preserve your investment.

Biofilm growth can cause a hot tub to feel slimy. Hot tub biofilm is a slimy substance that’s typically due to natural contaminants like makeup, soaps, skin oils, deodorants, or lotions. A hot tub can also have a slimy interior or slimy water if the tub’s filters are old or damaged, or if the hot tub isn’t properly cleaned. You should drain your hot tub, wipe away any slimy residue, then refill the water and use a spa purge product that prevents the buildup of biofilm.

Hot tub repair costs are less expensive than purchasing a new one, especially if your warranty is still intact. You can shop for a secondhand unit or find a deal for a trade-in. If the price to repair your hot tub is higher than the cost of a new one, consider replacing your unit.

No. In fact, some owners prefer to “summerize” their hot tubs and use them primarily over winter to enjoy the contrast of cold and hot water. It’s possible to keep the tub filled and running year-round, and some pros may even recommend this method compared to the work and risks of a full winterization every year.

However, keeping the hot tub running will require additional resources. You’ll use more power and more chemicals to keep it in good shape. Weigh the pros and cons of your situation before making a decision.
